Comprehensive annual maintenance of 24 nos. lift / elevator (8/13 passengers) including routine maintenance, servicing, preventive and breakdown maintenance all inclusive with replacement of all parts (included batteries for emergency light and alarm device) as per terms & conditions and direction of engineer in charge (cost of replacement of car enclosures, car flooring, hoist way enclosure, car door, gate handle, door beeding, sills, push box covers in landing and car electric incoming mains, CFL, LED bulb, mirror, batteries(only ARD), fan and light fittings shall be paid separately) 1st year

Supplying, installation,testing & commissioning of 7 Ah SMF batteries for ARD of lifts including dismantling of worn out old battery of 17/18 Ah and taking away dismantled battery as credit items on buy back basis, including connections etc. as required (Cost of labour for installation & dismantling is not included in this item due to labour is included in AMC cost)
Supplying, installation,testing & commissioning of 17/18 Ah SMF batteries for ARD of lifts including dismantling of worn out old battery of 17/18 Ah and taking away dismantled battery as credit items on buy back basis, including connections etc. as required (Cost of labour for installation & dismantling is not included in this item due to labour is included in AMC cost)
