Demolition of Brickwork built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cu m, getting 0ut,returning,filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding, 25cm watering & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embeded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing for joist, channel, angle, or tee section, fixed independantly, without connecting plates, etc. as in fencing post conforming to Fe 410 W (gde E-250 quality B) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link mild steel galvanised Chainlink fencing of approved size or type, weight per square metre as approved.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire of any size or type weight exc. 4 Kg per square metre as approved.

Supply and Fixing Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and Fixing Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (Annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips for securing fencing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing flat iron as for securing wire mesh etc. posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapeas directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat ironfillets ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming toFe-290 Gde E-165 completye complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing MS screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square not exc. 5 cm long dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing for framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, iron gate, ladders; framed balusters, ways : railing : frame work of watertanks and similar work conforming Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation on old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation on new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggrgate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as tem No 21 above but Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions, below or above Ground floors (Floor Topping, Sub Base etc) not exc 150mm thick, above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 100mm thick plain Cement concrete type B- 2, (1:2:4) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, hard standing and like complete all as speficied and as directed.

Material and Labour for pre-polished cement concrete designed coloured pavement tiles glossy finish of size not less than 400 x 400 x 20mm thick or equivalent size as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles and laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for laying silver sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 80 mm thick coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 60 mm thick coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No-28 & 29 above but except tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection / paving, surfae finished even & smooth without using extra cement as complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Providing plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating as complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of re-inforced cement concrete (re-inforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any descriptions, in Ground floors not exc 150mm thick, above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for providing facroty made 75mm thick precast RCC cover slab of 3MT load bearing capacity conforming to IS : 12592 (Grade M-30) 3 Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for glazed wall tiles (7 to 8mm thick) of approved size, colour and designed set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Granite(of any type) tiles 20 mm thick for slab machine cut, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including grinding & mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed. (upto 12 storey High of building).

Rounding/moulding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall/ ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD land including necessary working platform complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surface, finishing even and smooth (without using extra cement)etc including necessary working platform complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparing new plastered or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on new surface or previously untreated surface of external walls including preparation to remove all foreign materials including necessary working platform complete all as specified and directed.

Exavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exe 1.5 m wide and n. exe 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, man holes, pier holes etc n exe 10 sq m on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.
