Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design mix) with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 40 mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (toproduce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and apecification completecomplying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

Preparation of subgrade (as per technical specification) duly moistered and duly removing the surface irregularities including dewatering and laying Plain Cement Concrete lining of 75mm thick of M15 grade concrete on canal bed using hard coarse aggregate with nominal maximum size of 20mm downgraded to IS specified grading to have well graded aggregate weigh batching the ingredients along with air entraining agent (200ml per bag of cement) and mixing these in mixing plant (concrete mix to yield 28 days characteristic compressive strength of 15N/mm2) transporting to placement site in transit mixer and mechanised placement of concrete over the subgrade on canal bed with concrete paver including consolidation of concrete, providing, transverse contraction joint grooves as per technical specifications and water curing of the lining.The sub Grade shall be well prepared, dressed and rolled to true level and specified section to form a firm compacted base for the lining etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Preparation of subgrade (as per technical specification) duly moistered and duly removing the surface irregularities including dewatering and laying Plain Cement Concrete of 60mm thick - M15 grade concrete on canal bed/haunches/berms using hard course aggregate with nominal maximum size of 20mm downgraded to IS specified grading to have well graded aggregate weigh batching the ingredients along with air entraining agent (200ml per bag of cement) and mixing these in batch mixer machine (concrete mix to yield 28 days characteristic compressive strength of 15N/mm2 placement of concrete over the subgrade on canal bed/haunches / berms of baby canal manually including consolidation of concrete, providing, transverse contraction joint grooves as per technical specifications and water curing of the lining. The sub Grade shall be well prepared, dressed and rolled to true level and specified section to form a firm compacted base for the lining complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plain surfaces such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for vertical / sloped surface as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size (25x25x3)mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size (10x6.5)cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm C/C etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position of Plain Cement concrete of Grade M15 (Design mix) with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of coarse aggregate 40mm and down graded HBGS jelly to IS Specified grading weigh batching the ingredients along with air entraining agent (200ml per bag of cement) and mixing these in mixing plant (Concrete mix to yield 28 days charaterstic compressing strength of 15 N/mm2) transporting to placement site in transit mixer including dewatering by bailing / pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating compacting and finishing the surface watering curing for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Reinforced Cement Concrete Mix M-25 Grade (Design Mix) in accordance with IS:456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture ( plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about ( 5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670kg of M.sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirement of IS standards.( No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 50mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate in inclusive of bottom the hold fasts and provision to aldrip tower bolt hinges and lock plate etc, with one coat of zinc chnomate yellow primer and filling the inside hallow portion with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm HBG stone jelly etc, Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick flush door shutters single leaf of Solid Core Block Board bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin thermo pressed and finished with laminate on both side of approved colour and shade with 12 mm thick teak wood external lipping all round . The construction procedure of the shutter should be as per IS 2202. The shutter shall be shop prepared for taking cylindrical lock or latches suitable lock block of wood may be provided for fixing the hardware.
