ACE, EC-II JKID 48 of 2025-26 Improvement to Chakua Marthapur OAE from Chakua to Manoharapur.

Clearing & grubbing shrub, jungles including uprooting stumps of trees and trees below 1.0 m. girth and thick bushes including bamboo clamps based on pre-measurement disposing the debris away from the work site with all leads, lifts and delifts with cost of all labour, hiring and running charges of all machineries, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in approved type of soil in borrow area by mechanical means and loading in to transportation vehicle and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the earth over the approved surface of the embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts, delifts including rough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetations, shrubs, roots from transported earth including laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth including watering and compaction at OMC to achieve the desired density, cost of hire & running charges of all machineries, cost of fuel, lubricants, cost of labour, carriage, royalty, cess etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 200 mm thickness with IRC grade - III materials as per table-401-I to WBM specification including spreading in uniform layers with moter grader on prepared surface mixing by mix place method with rotavator, rolling with VRR in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming using stone screened dust as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates , watering and compacting to the required density at OMC as per clause 401 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess etc. including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting to 150mm thickness graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials(as per table-400-II) with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scraping and cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of the binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags or compressed air to receive the bitumen including all cost, hire and running charges of machinery, labour, carriage, royalty, cess etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bituminous emulsion (60/70) penetration grade using the emulsion pressure distributer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned properly with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H Specification for Road & Bridge work (4th revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess etc. including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridgeworks (4th revision) including cost conveyance royalty, cess and hire charges of machineries as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing laying Semi dense Bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridgeworks (4th revision) including cost conveyance royalty and hire charges, cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting & supplying good quality moorum from approved quarry and stacking at work site in regular box heap size (1.50mx1.50mx0.50m) to be measured as 1.0 cum and spreading the same on the top of the metalled surface not exceeding 100 mm thick including watering & consolidation with PRR with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess hire and running charges of machineries etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil with required lead, lift & delift including dressing & levelling the slope of the river bank for stone packing including removal of earth away from the work site including all labour cess and all other incidental charges to complete the work etc. completion of work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying blasted hard granite stone boulder of 30 Cm & above size from the approved quarry (other than laterite, sand stone) with free from weathered skin & other deleterious materials and providing of Dumping the stones in rip raps, spur, and slope protection works with surface packing in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and packing surface to approved profile in proper line, levels etc with fixing of wave breakers, all cost, conveyance, labour, all leads, lifts, delifts,T&P required for the work, royalty, cess including dumping in water, hire charges of boat with boatman and lunch with driver, hire and running charges of machineries, all leads, lifts, delifts handling and re-handling charges, all other incidental charges and all quality control testing charges etc as required for the work, haul roads etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Measurement to be taken in level section & 1/6th voids will be deducted from the finished level section).

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying blasted hard granite stone boulder of 15 cm to 30 Cm size from the approved quarry with free from weather skin surface & other deleterious materials and providing of Rough Stone Dry Packing in apron & revetments to required profile in all heights & depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and hammering with 5Kg. hammer, fixing wave breakers etc, all cost, conveyance, labour, T & P required for the work, royalty, cess, hire and running charges of machineries, all leads, lifts, delifts handling and re-handling charges, all incidental charges and all quality control testing charges as required for the work, haul roads etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
