Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.17,23,24).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Part of Cement, Four part of Fine Aggregate and Eight part of Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. TNBP No.30

A) WITH STRUTTING ( RCC Work)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or TMT rods for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. TNBP No:30

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix (One cement and One and a half Fine Aggregate and Three Coarse Aggregate) Using 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges for curing,finishing but excluding centering,shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills, including vibrating charges etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.30).

Supplying and Filing in foundation and basement with Filling well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed,watered consolidated including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.24&25).

Random Rubble Masonry using CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix using rough stones and bond stones for foundation and basement and including pointing above G.L including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers.TNBP No:35H

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of Fly Ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5(One Cement and Five Sand) 12 mm thick complying with water proof compounded with standard specification.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sun-shades, acia, eanopyslab, stair-case, waist slab, handing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10MM thick including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar or nosing for sun-shades and stair ease steps, landing slabs and etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of Mild steel door including cost and conveyance charges to site fixing in its position and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting new iron work with two coats of best first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing red oxide primer coat as directed by departmental officers complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved color over a priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc., complete.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC open light /Fan point. SD 22 ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and run of 2 of 6sqmm (56 / 0.3) insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Cconductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains. SD 66 ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and run of 2 x 6sqmm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI Pipe ( Class ‘B’) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains. SD 71 ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V)32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.SD125 ISI make with standard specification. .

Supply and delivery of 2 HP Air Compressor motor with necessary accessories ISI make including cost and conveyance charges to site and etc., complete.

Towards labour charges for erection of 2 HP compressor motor,water supply delivery arrangements in its position and plumbing works in the water supply.

Supplying and Delivery of PVC water tank 1000 litre capacity ISI make including cost and conveyance charges fixing in position etc., complete.

Conducting Geophysical Investigation Charges

Drilling of 150mm dia Deep Bore well in hard rock area including labour charges & transportation charges.

Supply & Delivery of 180mm dia P.V.C 6 kg / cm2 casing pipe etc.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvalume sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be pre painted hot dipped galvalume sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws, plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated, cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Daddoing with first quality colour glazed tiles of 150 mm x 150 mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two Sand) and pointing with white cement neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.TNBP No:special

Laying with first quality design ceramic tiles of all colours new ceramic tiles 305 x 305x 6mm tk for flooring and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one part of cement & three parts of sand)20mm thick and pointed with white cement including adding with suitable colouring pigments of match with the colour of tiles used and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
