Dismantling brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unservice material as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling removing the existing Reinforced Cement Concrete work etc., by using required mechinaries including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material labour charges, as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling plain cement concrete work and clearing the debris etc., complete.

Dismantling of existing Asbestos sheet with MS Frame work and clearing etc.,

Removing the existing ventilators,doors and windows including removal of frames, hinges and fastenings carefully and stacking the same at site etc., complete.

Clearing scrub jungle and surface dressing of the ground. The rate including hire charges of all machineries, removing of all rubbish, lead upto 50m, Transportation, and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of specified diameter in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³ in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc .,Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).

Boring or chiselling through any obstacles, boulders, weathered rock, etc. Upto founding level of piles for seating resting or socketting of files. The rate quoted shall include demobilising the site with all plants, equipment, piling rigs, necessary personnel brought for piling work, including removal and transportation of debrise away as directed, cleaning and reinstating site to original condition as acceptable by the Architect on completion of piling work.

Includes all plant, equipment, machinery, instruments, measuring devices, platforms and kentledge pile caps etc., dismantling and carting away entire setup, excavation and dewatering etc., all complete

Earth work excavation for all foundations in all type of soils and sub soils to the required depth for Footings, plinth / grade beams, etc,. by mechinaries including manual excavation for the following type of soil / rock as per detailed specification. As per SS 20B as hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and including refilling 0 to 2.0m depth consolidation depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and leveling the site with an initial lead of 10 metre and lifts as specified hereunder etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

For Grade slab, Compound wall - 0 to 2 M

Carting away surplus excavated earth available with in the campus is to be carted to a lead of within 5 KM from site. The rate shall include loading into the tipper/ lorry, transporting and unloading, leveling and the earth scooped by bulldozers grading etc.,complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Departmental Officers. Rate to include materials, loading, unloading, transportation, plant and machinery, hire and fuel charges for tools and plants and other incidental charges, royalties, seignorage and taking statutory approvals as necessary to carry out the work as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and Filling with M - sand in foundation and others sub structures for 100mm thick and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter. The rate includes the cost of M sand, compacting with mechanical compactors, labour charges for leveling, loading & Unloading and Transportation charges etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Supplying and filling of Gravel / Good Earth by lorry in Foundation basement filling and site filling with approved materials excavation from approved quarries and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-1, 300-2 of MORTH, in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross-section including watering, spreading by Dozer, grading by motor grader and consolidation by vibratory road roller with desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density ,including all lead,lift, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of all machineries, Transportation, etc., complete in accordance with MORTH technical specification clause No. 305 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Pre construction Anti termite treatment for the building including all chemicals as per standard specifications. Labour charges for preparing the areas for treatment spraying chemicals and other incidential charges etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti-termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite mounds making holes with crow bars at an intervel of 12"to a depth of 8" in the periphery of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313-1981 and. The antitermite chemicals used should have 0.5% concentration with 3L solution for the entire operation etc. as directed by the Engineer incharge and including cost of chemicals labour transportion etc.,

Stage:1 Spraying Anti-termite treatement chemicals solution for the foundation before laying the foundation concrete bottom and sides of the foundation. Stage:2 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution to the grade beams level spraying has to be done for the grade beams brick masonry in the superstructure in contact with back fill earth. Stage:3 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution on sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete. The treatment has to be carried out on the sand filling the basement after leveling operation is over. Stage:4 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution around the building outside of the building by making crow bar holes at an intervel of 12" to a depth of 8" around the building before laying the plinth projection. This holes has to be be closed after the treatment.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ratio of (1 cement , 4 sand and 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and basement for 100mm thick including dewatering wherever necessary and consolidation etc. The rate includes the cost of materials, labour charges, lifting charges, loading & Unloading and Transportation etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Rolling Shutter Manual Operation Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths of size 80 x 1.20 mm interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation to the suitable size and shape as per drawing etc complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long good quality wire springs grade No.2 and M.S. top cover of 1.20 mm thick for rolling shutters. The rate shall be inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour. Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, transportation charges, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, installation charges, fuel, consumables as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Providing and fixing welded M.S. grills to the window openings,along the details as per drawing with necessary screws, bolts and fixed with necessary M.S. lugs embedded in masonry with C.C. 1:2:4 and finishing the surface neatly. Rate shall welding and consumables, etc. complete, as directed. Design of grills and the size of members to be used shall be got approval before put into use & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. ( The make quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting the Ceiling with Two coats of first quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over one coat of primer including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of materials, brushes, sand paper, rollers, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Supply and painting of two coats of Plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and colour over one coat of DCP Primer including one coat of Acrylic Wall Putty with DCP Primer. Rate including all brush, roller, ladder, scrapping, washing, materials, labour charges, wastages , cleaning, necessary lead and lifts, scaffolding, stagging, working at all levels, elevations, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, curing, sanding, touchup putty, surface thoroughly cleaned and wetted before painting as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.(Internal surface)

Supplying and painting of 2 coats of weather proof exterior emulsion with high sheen, anti algal properties over one coat wall exterior primer of approved quality and shade etc., complete.Rate including all brush, ladder, scrapping, washing, materials, labour charges, wastages , cleaning, necessary lead and lifts, scaffolding, stagging, working at all levels, elevations, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, curing, sanding, touchup putty, surface thoroughly cleaned and wetted before painting as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing guildeline road marking kerb painting (special acrylic medium pigmented ) involving cleaning the surface free of dirt and loose particles applying one coat of primer and applying one layer of 20 to 25 microns. Rate shall include for all materials & labour components etc., as complete all respects complying with relevant IRC specifications, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying precast Mediterranean cobble black and white paver block with pattern design of 50% colour and 50% Plain made of M40 grade concrete - 80 mm thick of approved quality and colour, over the filling manufactured sand to 50 mm thick, levelling and compacting with plate vibrator and laying of the inter locking paving blocks with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator of 3 tonne capacity finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges including all labour, materials, transportation, shifting etc., complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying to required line and grade as per the drawing cement concrete grass paver blocks of M 30 grade 120 mm thick laid over the Mixing of Red Earth, sand and manure cushion of 100mm thick. The size and the shape of the concrete blocks had to be approved before sourcing / manufacturing the same. The aggregate used for the manufacture of the grass paver blocks shall be sound and free from soft apiecces. The proportion of the coarse aggregate in the mix is typically 40 percent and the fine aggregate shall be 60%. The size of the coarse aggregate should lie between 6mm and 12mm and the gradation should be in the recommended range for cement concrete mixes in general. The paver blocks shall be compacted using a light tandem roller or plate compactor till the required grade and line is achieved. The rate shall include cost of Paver blocks , Cost of red earth and Manure mixing, laying of paver blocks, leveling, loading & unloading, Transportation and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. Supplying and filling the sunken slab area by BRICK-BATCOBA by adding CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent admixture including applying two coats not less than 2 mm thick of TAPECRETE- Acrylic Polymer Based Waterproof Coating, over the final coat of cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound like CICO No.1 at the rate specified in the manufacturer's specification after entire completion of laying pipes, sanitary fittings etc. Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages with necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, protecting the laid pipes and sanitary fittings, finishing the surface smooth to receive the top coat of water proofing application etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge. Including applying two coats not less than 2 mm thick of TAPECRETE- Acrylic Polymer Based Waterproof Coating, over the plastered surface as including final coat of cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound like CICO No.1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate specified by the manufacturer over coated surfacepreparation of surface, finishing, curing etc. all complete at all levels as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed.

TERRACE WATERPROOFING:

Supply and laying water proofing treatment for terrace covering the following order and consisting of following operations. i) Making ' V ' grooves at the construction joints of size 20 x 20 mm and filling the "V" Groove with CICO No. 3 Quick Setting Waterproofing Compound admixed with cement. The roof slab / gutter slab shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and dust, and applying 2 coats not less than 2 mm of polymer based Elastomeric Coating like TAPECRETE - RTU compound and cured for 7 days and followed by a layer of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 admixed with CICO NO:1 (or) other approved equivalent make shall be spread over the prepared surface On the spread mortar provide and lay well burnt brick bats (COBA) to a average minimum thickness of 55 mm (i.e.. minimum 40 mm thickness at lower end and 70 mm thickness at higher end). An additional layer of brick bat (COBA) shall be laid over the existing brick bat COBA surface if required to get the required gradient for adequate drainage giving a slope of approximately 1 in 120, which will be measured separately under relevant item.

The gap between brick bat shall be filled with cement mortar 1:4 admixed with waterproofing compound like CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent afterwards curing shall be carried out for two days a final layer of cement mortar of 1:3 admixed with water proofing compound like CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make shall be laid to a thickness of 20 mm and draw a false line of 300 mm x 300 mm. The parapet side wall / gutter wall shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove all dust particles and a layer of 15 mm thick C.M 1:3 shall be laid to a height of about 300 mm above the top of the terrace/Gutter slab on the Parapet / Gutter side wall admixed with water proofing compound like the CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make. Providing, supplying, mixing, applying two coats of ready to use two component Acrylic polymer modified cement based, flexible, water proofing slurry like or approved equivalent to a thickness of 2 mm over the plastered surface of operation as per manufacturer's specification and as directed.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to surfaces for sunken portion of depressed portions of W.C., and the like consisting of :i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. ii) IInd course of 20mm cement plaster 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7Kg. per sqm of area. iv) IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/sqm.)

Construction of Granular sub-base of 125mm compacted thickness ( Drainage Layer botom most) by providing laying, spreading and compacting of Open graded Material conforming to Grading III of Table 400-1 of MORTH clause 401 ,mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., to achieve minimum CBR value of 30%(Compacted Thickness) in accordance with MORT&H technical specification clause No. 401 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Construction of Wet Mix Macadam 250mm compacted thickness in two layers by providing , laying , Paving , and compacting of aggregate gradation satisfying to Table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical paraeteres as per MORTH Table 400-12, mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC , carriage of mied material to work site and laid in sensor pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibratory roller of 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% of Maximum dry density and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Providing and construction of Dry Lean Concrete Base course of 150 mm compacted thickness over a prepared sub base with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 as per table 600-1 of MORTH specification produced in a batching plant and conveyed in tippers to the laying site with a moisture content as per the design mix and laid with mechanised paver finisher and compacted with a 8-10 tonne vibratory roller to the requisite grade and levels as specified in drawings with adequate curing by covering the surface with hessen cloth and keeping it wet for 7 days. The design mix shall be such that the average compressive strength of each consequetive group of 5 concrete cubes shall not be less than 7Mpa at 7 days. In addition the compressive strength of any individual concrete cube shall not be less tha 5.5 Mpa at 7 days. The concrete mix shall be proportioned with a maximum aggregate cement ratio of 14:1 where OPC is used and 12:1 where PPC or PSC is used. The minimum cement content shall not be less than 140 Kg/Cum of concrete. The rate shall include for all incidentals as specified in clause 601.12 of MORTH

Providing and Construction of M40 Grade Pavement Quality Concrete of 280mm thickness including dowel joints over a prepared Base Course of PCC layer with 53 grade of cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, coarse aggregate 25 mm & 12.5 mm Granite/Basalt/Trap metal & clean seived approved sand conforming to the gradation asspecified in Table 600-3 of MORTH clause 602., loading materials to cement conrete batch mix plant of adequate capacity ( normaly 25% more capacity than the paving equipment preferably 120 Cum/hour ) as per approved mix design satisfying the characteristic flextural strength of not less than 4.2 Mpa. The mix shall be transported to site in transit truck /tippers/ dumpers of 5-6 Cum capacity, laid with a slip form paver with electronic sensor fitted with vibrators shich shall operate at a frequency of 8000-10000 impulses per minute under load with a maximum spacing of 600mm and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, fixing of Dowel bars and Longitudinal tie bars ,joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, curing compound as approved, finishing with power trowel to the required grade, level and alignment, textured with texturing machine, finishing etc.,
