Physical inspection of sites and Transformer Substation accessories, overhead lines, feeder panels, meter box etc. and checking and testing of Transformers and its associated accessories, switch gears, HT and LT cables etc. after disconnection of the connections from HT and LT side of the Transformers with suitable testing instruments, detection of faults and list out of materials required / works to be carried out for restoration of power supply etc. complete as required. This will also include the conveyance of required skilled & unskilled man power, tools and tackles etc. as required.

Dismantling of the faulty 11KV grade HT cables from the OH line poles by arranging suitable man powers, tools and tackles etc. after disconnection from Transformer DP Structure and transformer end etc. complete as required.

Replacement of faulty/burnt out HT cable by supply of new 3 core, 95sqmm HT XLPE insulated Cable of 6.6 KV (UE)/11KV (E), Stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semiconducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for 1 sec), cores laid up, inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed confirming to IS 7098/PART-II-1985 with latest amendments.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11KV grade of size up 120sqmm in the following manner:

Direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

In the existing masonry open duct as required.

On air / surface with suitable size m s clamp,nut bolt etc

Replacement of faulty 11KV outdoor type cable end terminations/ straight through jointing kit by new one of heat shrinkable type complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 core, 95 sqmm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Supplying of 100 mm dia 80 schedule PVC pipe for protection of HT cable as required.

Laying / Fixing of 80 mm/100 dia PVC pipe On surface of wall / vertically along the PSC pole with necessary clamping arrangements etc. for laying/drawing of 3Cx95sqmm 11KV HT XLPE cable as required.

Supplying of 80 mm dia heavy duty GI pipe for protection of HT cable as required.

Cutting the PCC road by breaking engaginwith electric /pneumatic drill , excavating earth up to a depth of 1feet for laying of GI Pipe , refilling the earth back ,compacting & making good the CC road with required PCC complete as required.

Liasoning and making coordination with supply authority for checking, testing, obtaining shut down of 11KV line and re-energisation after replacement of faulty HT cable and making at tapping points and at Transformer DP structure etc. as required.
