Revival of Irrigation Tube Well Station Sherpur Bala 1B by way of Extraction of the installed submersible pump set by way of shifting of tools and tackles to site. Redevelopment of Tube well by air compressor. The job includes shifting of the air compressor to site of work along with all accessories. Providing of labour for clearance of site in and around the complex and stacking of material after unloading. Deployment of air compressor and lowering of airline pipe along with column pipes and re-development of Tube well by clearing all the strainers starting from bail plug to top and again from top to bail plug and repeating the process till the availability of sand free water subject to minimum of 100 hrs of air compressor deployment. Job includes of stabilization of Tube well by using VT/ Submersible pump set till yield & draw down of the Tube Well is ascertained & clear sand free water of optimum discharge at appropriate head is obtained. The job includes repairing of D-Tank by way of providing/hiring of JCB for extension of earth work from side of D Tank and extraction of clay/mud from D Tank and repairing of D Tank and filling of clay/mud outside the D Tank. Thereafter providing and filling of pea shaped gravel 200sq foot. The job also includes cost of material such as nuts & bolts, P.O.L, labour, transportation Hire charges of JCB and other Tools and tackles required for the execution of the job.

Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of submersible pump set (KSB / Kirloskar or equivalent make) at Tube well Station Sherpur Bala-1B having capacity 15 HP( 10,000 GPH x 50m head) coupled with 3 phase submersible motor of suitable capacity along with motor protection guard (Mug-30HP) of reputed make. Job includes extraction of the existing column pipes from the Tubewell with the help of heavy-duty chain pulley block of 5-ton capacity and shifting to workshop. Cutting of all rusted worn-out flanges from column pipes and removal of eccentricity of pipes if any. Providing / fitting of new flanges in place of old flanges. The flanges should have a cut/slot for sub. Cable. Shifting of flanged column pipes to Tubewell. Manufacture, providing and fitting of 01 no U-shaped tie rod/clamp of suitable size as per pump size made out of MS Flat to be fitted with the submersible pump with the help of heavy-duty nuts and bolts welded on both sides of the clamp. Job also includes fabrication of 01 no graded expander/reducer for nipple of required size threaded at one end and flanged at other end. Fitting of reducer/expander with column pipe at one end with flanged joint and with the discharge outlet of the submersible pump at other end. Lowering of the submersible pumpset 10,000 GPH x 50 m head by way of hoisting heavy duty chain pulley block of 5-ton capacity along with flanged column pipes as per the requirement one by one after tightening of each nut and bolt and rubber gasket of the flanged joints to ensure leak proof connections. Providing and fitting of 10sq mm submersible cable 100 mtrs. Making of all the incoming and outgoing electrical connections.The job also includes cost of material & labour charges, transportation, tool and tackles required for the execution of complete job.

Designing, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Control cum protection panel 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 50 HZ suitable for submersible motor installed at Tubewell Maharajpur . The panel shall be enclosed cabin, dust free and vermin proof fabricated out of suitable SWG CR sheet Supported on MS angle. There should be a provision in the panel for fixing it on the ground / wall as per site requirement. The panel should be given two coats of anti rust primer followed by enamel paint. The panel must have equipped with following component/feature .1 ) M.C.C.B. The panel should be fitted with and M.C.C.B. 100 Amp 01 no, voltage meter 01 no, ammeter 01 no along with a set of CTs, 1no Volt Selector Switch .and 1no Ampere Selector Switch and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side. 2 ) Star Delta Starter :The panel should be fitted with a fully automatic star delta starter comprises of 3no air break contactor of suitable capacity MNX (50-50-50 AMP, 2 no for main and delta supply ,1no air break contactor for star operation ) 1 no timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta ,2 no push button for start and stop operation of motor ,3 no indicators for status of starter i.e. running, tripped, bypassed/inline of protection system, 1 no MCB 2 Amps for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the circuit outgoing supply . 3 ) Protection device/Fault Analyzer: The panel should be fitted with the devices to protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel form following fault which may otherwise damage the motor winding a ) Voltage Related Fault : Single phasing, under voltage, Overvoltage, unbalanced voltage/reverse phasing. b) Current Related Fault : Over current/ load, dry running, unbalanced current/ load earth leakage short circuiting. c) Mechanical Fault : Locked rotor ,broken shaft. 4) Bi-Metal Overload Relay : A bimetal overload relay relay of suitable range should be fitted within the panel as an extra safety to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer with an isolation/bye pass switch to bye pass the faulty analyzer.

The job also includes providing and laying of 35 sq. mm 3.5 core aluminum cable with proper thimbling for connection from electric transformer to main switch/voltage stabilizer/control panel. Recapitalization of 63 KVA Voltage Stabilizer installed at Tubewell by way of rewinding of all coils with superior quality copper wire and insulation material. Providing/Fitting of new rotary switches 3nos, voltmeter 2 no (one for incoming and one for outgoing), Amperemetre, selector switch, RYB phase indicators and replacement of its internal wiring. Job also includes cleaning of oil chamber to remove dust and other settled particulars. Repair to oil chamber wherever. Filling of fresh T- Oil in the oil chamber upto desired required level. Reassembling all the parts and connecting it with power supply to test the stabilizer on no load and full load at site.Providing /fitting 200 Ampere Main Switch at wall panel Board and making suitable connections. Providing /fitting in position of LT fuse link set at RCC pole at LT side of Electric Transformer comprising of fuse link of appropriate capacity with mounting/anchoring arrangement made out of steel section and fasteners of sorts.The job also includes cost of material.
