Lead charges, by mechanical transport to anywhere in RRCAT CAMPUS, including loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing & laying in position Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete excluding formwork complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing & laying in position Cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding formwork complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing centering and shuttering using timber planks/steel plates at all height including strutting and propping etc. at all heights and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain concrete work. All complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Foundations, footings, base of columns plinth beams, flooring, machine foundations, bed blocks, window cills, copings and mass concrete

Providing, laying, fixing and testing PVC rigid pipes of stiffness class SN8 (foamcor), SDR-34 of preferred make for sewerage ensuring thermal stability for waste water, sewage, acids etc. including all PVC fittings, jointing with durable solvent, testing the pipes at a pressure of 6 Kg per Sq cm etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. Note: The Measurement shall be taken along the centre line of the pipes including fittings, specials etc.

Construction of Inspection Chambers of internal clear dimension 900x600mm in 200mm thick brick masonry using IInd class bricks in cement mortar 1:6 over a bed of 150mm thick 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation, plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick on inside, outside and all exposed surface finished with a floating coat of neat cement, 1:2:4 cement concrete for benching and channel finished with net cement, brick corbelling at top to provide clear opening of 900mm x 450mm, providing and fixng C.I. steps weighing not less than 3.5 kg/each at 300mm centre to centre etc. complete - depth of chamber not exceeding 900mm. All complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over item 7 above for depth beyond 900mm depth including providing and fixing C.I. Steps weighing not less than 3.5 kg/each etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, transporting to work site scattered at various locations of RRCAT premises and placing in proper position locally available readymade medium duty Precast RCC covers with frames generally as per IS:12592 of following specified clear sizes including minor cutting, dressing, aligning to fit properly, levelled in existing manhole or inspection chambers or gulley trap chambers including rigidly embedding the frame in 100mm thick CC 1:2:4 complete including cost of all materials, labourers, taxes, cess, transport, curing, wastage etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
