| 1.02Alternator : Synchronous alternator rated at 1600 KW, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having screen protected Drip proof (SPDP) enclosure, brushless, continuous duty self excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to BS 5000 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class - H insulation in screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure. Alternator should be fitted with Space Heater, RTD/ BTD (without scanner). The terminal box shall be suitable for Cable outgoings termination. Band of voltage regulation shall be ± 0.5% or better of rated voltage from no load to full load. It should incorporate the following :- Continuous damper winding. Thermistor or RTD and Bearing Temperature detectors PMG exciter or separate winding for excitation. Space Heater. Digital AVR to be part of genset controller. Metering and protection CTs as required for paralleling. | 1.04 | Loading and unloading to site:-
Loading & Unloading including transportaion from factory to site and Shifting of DG Set inside DG room at site with Crane complete as per site requirement, any dismantling of walls and frames of DG room i/c refixation of the same for shifting of DG set inside DG room need to be carried out by the agency.
Warranty / Defect liability Period:-
The DG set shall be warranted against faulty workmanship, material defects and performance failure for a minimum period of 2 years or 5000 Operating hours, whichever occurs earlier from the date of SITC work completion, In addition, critical engine components such as the crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rod, cylinder block and cylinder head must carry a minimum warranty of 5 years or 5000 hours, as per manufacturer documentation. The 2 years warranty during defect liability period shall cover complete system such as engine, alternator, after treatment, controller, PLC, Exhuast, panel, batteries etc.
To ensure compatibility and fault traceability, the DG set must be factory -integrated and type tested as a complete genset. Panel and control unit must also be tested and integrated by the same OEM.
Entire genset solution(engine,alternator,controller,after treatment, panel, battery) must carry a single point brand responsibility for spares and warranty claims. No sub vendor or delar level assembly of genset components will be accepted. Only factory-integrated and tested packages shall be permitted.
Bidder must confirm availability of 500 hour / 1 year service interval (by producing OEM maintenance schedule) and submit warranty certificates along with tender submisson.

Dismantling and shifting of existing perkins make DG set including charges for crane or manpower charges for shifting the DG set at appropriate location inside DATS complex premises as directed by EIC. Any damage to the existing foundation and working DG sets installed in the DG room shall be attributable to the working agency.
