Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red.Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm

Finishing walls with premiumAcrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additive of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 0.90 litre/10 sqm).

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC ( Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wallsurface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Removing dry or oil bound distemper water proofing cement paint like scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. - One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additive of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Provision for unforseen DSR-Items (In this item quantity represents cost of items based on DSR - 2023 excluding cost index and rate represents multiplying factor by which quantity i.e. cost of DSR items be increased or decreased. Example : a) for 5% above on DSR items rate shall be 1.05, a) for 5% below on DSR items rate shall be 0.95 etc)
