Spray Painting of 110MVAR Line Reactor unit of 765kV Anpara C-Unnao Line (Y & B Phase) TBEA Make at 765kV S/S Unnao and its associated accessories with one coat of Red Oxide Primer and Two coat of Standard quality of light gray heat resistant synthetic enamel paint of best quality like Berger/Asian/Nerolac make along with painting of Emulsifier system pipe lines by Red and Blue colour paint by same. Before painting all surfaces of the line reactor units should be cleaned thoroughly to remove any rust and dust and oily surface by using emery paper and cotton cloth to ensure a smooth, clean surface for proper paint adhesion. Allow the first coat to dry completely before applying the second coat. Above work including all material, labour, Consumables and T&P provided by firm.

Painting of 09Mtr. Long M.S. lighting poles installed at peripheral of Switchyard and near open store to Substation main gate.work includes cleaning rust and dust using emery paper,applying one coat of red oxide primer and finally two coat painting with silver color enamal paint of best quality Asian/Nerolac/Berger make.All material,labour and T&P for proper completion of work will be provided by firm.
