Repair and renovation of officer club building at DPS-Kishtwar

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including, watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing Laminate Wooden flooring (as specification attached)

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately. For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately.)Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineerin- charge. (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) 22.3.1 With floating glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg / sqm)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board (conforming to IS: 12823 Grade-I type-II) in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing aluminum round shape handle of outer dia 100mm with SS screws etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 22.16.1 Anodized (AC 15) aluminium 22.16.2 Powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminum

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint by Scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface etc. Complete

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm

Distempering with first quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer specification complete. One or mare coat on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade, Old work (one or more coatts applied @ 090 lit/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : one or more coats on old work.

Demolishing cement concrete manually /by mechanical means including disposal of Material

P/F 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming IS:13753 of minimum thickness Smm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, somany, KAJARIA or equivelent make in all colour shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by engineer-in- charge in skirting, risers of steps and dodos over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)Dark shade using ordinary cement

15mm Cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement:6fine sand)

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing hard celling, sheet of approved quality with necessary nails etc complete (frame work to be paid for separately): 3 mm thick

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Old work (one or more coats)

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement . 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: 7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Renewing glass panes and re-fixing existing wooden fillets: Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Supplying and fixing new wooden fillets wherever necessary :Hollock wood fillets

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coats)
