Providing welding, fitting, fixing, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses with purlin, bottom runner etc. fabricated out of a combination of two or all of the following sections: (i) square hollow sections (SHS/RHS) (ii) rectangular hollow section and (iii) M.S. black-tubes conforming to relevant I.S. code 1161-1968 as per approved design and drawing including M.S. cleat, base plate, bolts and nuts which ever required, including that required for fixing the ceiling and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer to all steel surface etc. complete as directed as per specifications b) Using other ISI marked approved brand tube..

Providing Pre Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet Roofing (PPGI) at all levels including fitting and fixing with self drilling, self tapping screws complete. (Roof trusses, purlins etc. to be measured and paid separately.) TATA Blue scope/ Dyna roof / Durakolor /Wonder Roof or equivalent as directed by the Departement ( Extension Included for Barge Board) (iv) 0.50 mm thick

Providing Pre Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet Roofing (PPGI) accessories (Ridges/ Valley/ Gutter/ Flashing) at all levels including fitting and fixing with self drilling, self tapping screws complete. Dyna roof/ Durakolor/ JSW steel/ Spectrum or equivalent as directed by the department. (iii)0.50mm thick

Supplying fitting and fixing M.S.angles, M.S. flat, M.S. bolts and nuts including painting with red lead paint one coat complete as directed. b) M. S. Flats……. Gusset plate 150mmX75mmX8mm

Labour Charge for Drilling 18 mm dia hole upto 120 mm depth on existing RCC roof slab, brick wall, column, beam, chajja, etc. by drilling machine, cleaning and necessary rep[airing of the surface Semi skilled 15 labours for 2 days

1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately) 75 mm thick wall (b) In cement mortar in proportion 1:4. (1 cement: 4 sand)

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S.
