1.Supply as per Tender specification 2.OEM or Authorized dealers to quote for the tendered makes. Authorized Dealers has to submit valid ADC from OEM along with their offer, failing which offers will be summarily rejected.

1. Bidder should have successfully supplied same items to Indian Railways/Govt. Departments/Public Sector Undertakings in last 3 years from the date of tender opening. Proof of such successful execution of contract to be uploaded along with the offer in the form of Receipt Note, CRN,Inspection certificate etc. 2.TIME PREFERENCECLAUSE: Tenderers will please note that in case it is decided to accept a higher price than the lowest tenderer in the interests of earlier delivery, the following clause shall be embodied in the purchase order:-It should be noted that if a contract is placed on a higher tenderer as a result of the invitation to tender, in preference to a lower acceptable offer, in consideration of offer for earlier delivery, the contractor will be liable to pay to the government the difference between the contract and that of the lowest acceptable tenderer on the basis of final price, FOR/Destination including all elements of freight, sales Tax, local taxes, duties and other incidentals in case of failure to complete the supplies in terms of such contract within the date of delivery specified in the tender and incorporated in the contract. This is in addition to and without prejudice to other right under the terms of contract.

i) In case of road delivery, the date of delivery at destination (Consignees end) shall only be treated as delivery date irrespective of F.O.R./F.O.T. condition mentioned elsewhere in the contract/tender. (ii) The bidder confirms that rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. (iii) (a) Regarding MSE purchase preference firms, please refer clause 15.0 part B of Southern Railway tender conditions available under the link Public Documents- >Stores/Supply. (b) Goods and service Tax: Please refer part A Para 14.0 of Southern Railway tender conditions available under the link Public Document -> Stores/Supply. (d) Tenderers are advised to refer instructions to tenders (Part A) and Tender conditions (Part B) for other terms and conditions available under the link Public Document -> Stores/Supply

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
