(9) Items and works shall be carried out in occupied Officers Qtrs, unit lines & furniture yard as per the directions of Engr-in-charge. (10) The scope of work included comprises attending day to day complaints. The contractor shall attend the complaints on daily basis with least disturbance to user, failing which a penal recovery of Rs. 1000/- per default shall be recovered and no claim of whatsoever account shall be entertained after words.
