Raking out of sealing compound of any description from existing expansion joints of dimensions 25mm to 30mm wide and 25mm deep removing the debris from site, treating sides and bottom of the joints with primer refilling the joints with sealing compound grade 'B' removing spilled sealing compound if any with benzene carbon tetra chloride or kerosene oil complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No 1 to 27: (a) The contractor will give daily attendance in ATC alongwith rep of GE to note the requirement of repair work. (b) The contractor will ensure that minimum two skilled worker and approved make of materials are held to attend the complaint within 24 hours notice, failing which a penal recovery of Rs 5000/- per day for delay shall be affected and the work required shall be got completed by GE through other agency and cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.

Ditto all as per item No 1 above but expansion joints of dimension 20 to 25mm wide and 25mm deep.

Ditto all as per item No 1 above but construction joints of dimension 20 to 25mm wide and depth 30mm.

M&l for cutting existing runway/taxi track at cracks and spalled edges upto a minimum depth 25 to 30mm by mechanical tools making grooves at cleaning through air blower/air blasting and applying propriety primer on the cleaned surface to obtain tack and finally filling in Elastomeric Concrete of make Fosroc chemicals/Chokesy chemicals Pvt Ltd/ CIPY Polyurethane Pvt Ltd/BASF India Ltd (Prepared by mixing part A, Part B, adding fiberglass sand as per manufacturers instruction and properly mixing in purpose made electrically operated mixer plant) to obtain a homogeneous mix and finally tooling the surface with hand tools to obtain a grooved textured finish including connected joints expansion/construction/dummy joint filling with sealing compound/polyurethane sealant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item Sr No 6 above but depth 30 to 40mm.

M&l cutting for existing loose patches/spalled edges of concrete pavements in square/rectangular shape n.exc average depth 25mm removing debris from sites and shaping the patch cleaning with broom and compressed air and and applying epoxy resin mortar of make Fosroc chemicals/Chokesy chemicals Pvt Ltd/CIPY Polyurethane Pvt Ltd/BASF India Ltd (prepared by mixing in the ratio by weight and adding quartz sand all as per manufacturer's instructions) over two coats epoxy resin primer to bottom and sides of prepared surfaces and including connected joints expansion/construction/dummy joint filling with sealing compound/polyurethane sealant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing Epoxy Polyurethane (EPU) floor coating in such a way so as not do damage existing concrete flooring underneath using necessary tools/chemical all as specified and directed.

M&l for providing and applying Cipicrete (Make: Cipy & Fosroc chemicals) or equivalent material for repairing of pot holes cracks minor undulations etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for providing and applying 3mm Epoxy Polyurethane (EPU) floor coating system including surface preparation by cleaning surface from dust, dirt, muck, moisture and all foreign material and by mechanical means using mechanical scrubber/grinder, followed by application of primer cipoxy 14 (Make Cipy or equivalent) which shall be a two component, solvent free epoxy polyamido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 1:1 to yield thickness of 200 micron, providing and applying the screed layer with cipoxy 90 or equivalent of minimum thickness of 2800 Micron. The self levelling screed consist of a low epoxy cured amine system and graded aggregate (Special silica). The epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in 2:1 ratio. The aggregate shall be added in ratio of 1:3 or 1:3.5 over that copper tape then the Top coat of Epoxy polyurethane (EPU) top coat of cipy cipothane SL 1000 or equivalent shall be supplied in pre weighed pack and ready to mix and use which will consist of resin, hardener, EPI (coloured concrete) and formulated aggregate to be mixed with resin and hardener in the pre weighted ratio add EPI colour concentrate and formulated aggregate to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and lay the mixture to the thickness of 2000 microns complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description exceeding 15cm thickness as in floor/paving and removing the same upto 5 Km or outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for course sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation.

M&l for 400 micron thick polythene film transparent (Non recycled) laid over a sand layer with side and other lap shall not be less than 300mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete for fair finished flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for cement concrete work n. exc 25cm thick in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40kg/Sqcm in field using 400kg of cement per cubic meter complete all as specified.

Supply only polyester triangular fiber 6x12mm long with semicircular dia 30-35 micron designed for melting point 240 to 260 degree celcius and having specific gravity of 1.34-1.40 mixed @ 0.25% by weight of cement complete all as specified & directed. Make: 'Recron3S' manufactured by M/s Reliance Industries Ltd or equivalent.

Finishing surface of concrete floors /hard standing by brooming.

M&l for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base and foundation of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'B' for 150 mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for forming construction joint 10mm wide and 30mm deep and filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified & directed.

M&l for forming construction (dummy) joint 65mm deep and 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified & directed.

M&l for cleaning and racking out the existing expansion joint sealed with sealing compound of polyurethane 25mm to 30mm wide and up to 35mm to 45mm depth by appropriate hand tools (chisel and hammer or 'L' hook including removing the existing sealing compound from the edges with knife or any other means such as chisel hammer and grinding or any tools without damaging the edges and sides of the joint and removing the loose particles using wire brush and hot compressed air and priming the sides and making the surface bitumen free as per the manufacturer instruction, provision of de bonding strip (thickness shall be 20 to 25% more than the width of joint) at bottom of joint and sealed the joint with pitch free grey polyurethane sealant conforming to BS-5212 type-FB) having minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) as 30 %. Minimum depth of the sealant above debonding strip shall be 10-15 mm and applying the masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item No 23 above but expansion joint of dimension 20mm to 25mm wide and 25mm to 35mm deep.
