Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Vitrified floor tiles 60 x 60 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 20 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing granite slabs (jet black) of 20mm thick (super fine polished with nosing edges) on the steps area of building, in between urinals and wherever required in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)). The rate inclusive of costof granite slab, chemical component, white cement, labour charges & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Attending the repairs works in the existing door, window and ventilator with frame and shutters of various size at Residential Quarters using the available wooden planks / scantlings which will be issued by the department and same may be re-fixed at the original position. The cost inclusive of removing and re-fixing the existing door/window/ventilator with required fixtures, labour, tools & plants etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC ( Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm X 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 X 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work. The rate including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance, fixing in position etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling doors, windows and ventilators etc., (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts and other attachments etc complete and stacking them within a lead of 100m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position wooden window of various size in all floor with kongu wooden panelled shutters including cost of hold fasts and applying one coat of wood primer of approved quality and including cost and fixing of first quality ISI standard furniture fittings with screws / bolt & nut, the rate shall include cost of wood, labour for wrought and putup, furniture fittings, primer etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying Two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint (excluding priming coat) on New wood and wood based surfaces interior to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and including cost of Synthetic EnamelPaint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the cartoon pictures with providing base coat of one coat of primer and two coat of Synthetic enamel paint and writing letters in english, tamil of specified size and colour including cost of required primer, colour paint, brushes, labour charges, scaffolding charges and line marking etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the Floor surfaces with Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on previously painted concrete / masonry / plastered surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required including cost of Synthetic Enamel Paint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Colour washing with lime powder on new wall surfaces TWO COATS and one coat of white washing to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces, preparaton of wall, cost of lime powder, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and asdirected by the departmental officers.

Dismantling the pressed tiles and weathering course from the roof of building including cost of labour, dismantling tools & equipments and removing the debries from the site and dumping the debries to the nearby low laying area, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing sheet glass 4 mm thick bedded in putty and fixed with wooden beadings including all materials, labour, putty, nails, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Deploying earth moving machinery JCB wherever required for the following works viz., Earthwork excavation, filling, levelling the undulated area, cleaning the vegetation along with roots, removal of unwanted debris / juliflora trees, loading into lorry and for any other works required etc., including cost of diesel, oil, operator charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabrication and fixing of GI Pipe Gate of Size 4m x 1.80m (Two leaf) using 65mm dia. GI Pipe "B" Class outer alround, Vertical 40mm dia. GI Pipe with 5 inch centre to centre spacing and 5mm tk. MS Plate of size 0.90m x 0.90m both sides - 4 Nos. for fixing Port Emblem with Vinyl Sticker. The cost including all materials, labour charges, fabrication charges, Clamp & Locking arrangements including one coat primer and two coats of Synthetic enamel paint, conveyance and fixing charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer.

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and fixing in position MS sheet Caution board of size 1.20m x 0.90m with MS angle 35mm x 35mm x 5mm for frame and MS angle 75mm x 75mm x 8mm for legs to a height of 3.0m including cost of angle, 2mm tk. Supplying and fixing Solid Panel PVC door with frame - Supplying and fixing Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm.
