Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, stays, laying of cables, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc.1.5 M wide & n exc.1.5M in depth for foundation etc.and getting out in soft disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/disintegrated rock each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm in soft disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point in soft & disintigrated rock all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated hard/ dinse soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 (type D2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 (Type C2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC work 1:3:6 (type C-2) using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of stay / coping of poles including necessary form work and fare finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified.

Material & labour brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in C M 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour rendering 15 mm thick on brick Masonry surface or other than fair surface of brick surface in CM (1:4) to be finished even & fair without using extra cement with WPC all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished, flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour For RCC M25 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors , roofs and the like all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 1000ltr capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks(cylinderical vertical with closed top) including ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for 25 mm dia iron pipe and fixed hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of 20mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in CPVC 20mm Brass Elbow (3/4 x 1/2) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in CPVC 20mm Brass Tee all as specified and as directed.

'Supply and fixing in CPVC 20mm Male Brass Threaded Adaptor (MTA/ MBTA) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Gate valve of 25mm dia brass all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular pole or pole including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or incuction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1998 grade St 240.

Supply and fix roof trusses Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel, or flat sec) incl gusset plat,distance pieces cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick, pre- painted corrugated/ ‘Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and overlap of sheets shall be designed for anti-capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self-drilling and self-tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation. Screws shall be of “HILTI” make complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over 3mm wall care putty on new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not other wise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of different tint over a coat of red oxide paint.

Material & labour Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in Brick wall.

Material & labour for Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but not exc one brick built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required.

Supply and laying DWC HDPE pipe of outer dia of 50mm and inner dia 40mm polyethylene (PE) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non-pressure for underground cable including bends complete all as specified and directed Make : '' Astral '' or equivalent as approved by GE in writing.

Supply and fix DWC HDPE coupler of dia of 50mm complete all as specified and directed. Make : '' Astral '' or equivalent as approved by GE in writing.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable 16 sqmm 4 core with aluminium conductor, 1100 voltls grade for necessary connection with suitable lugs & fixing arrengment with necessary clamps & cable glands etc complete all as directed and specified.

Supply, lay in trenches, jointing, testing and commissioning cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core. Supply and fix GI pipe 80 mm bore 05 meter length, Medium grade with CI base plate of size 150 x 150 x 12mm having foundation, J bolts, nuts & washers including single plain arm bracket of suitable size for fixing of flood light complete all as specified and directred by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, PCC wiil be measured under appropriate item in Sch 'A.'

Supply & Installation of SMC terminal/junction box of size 200 x 140 x 95 of polycarbonate thermoplastic housing, weather, water proof fire retardant including 02 Nos terminal including 01 No 6 A MCB SP all as specified and directed. Make : Sintex/National Note : MS Clamps, nuts, bolts required to fixing on pole shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing 1100 volt grade heavy duty single core cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed with stranded copper conductor wire FRLS, ISI marked of size 2 x 2.5 Sqmm and 1 x 2.5 sqmm for connection purpose drawing through pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistan complete with driver and lamp.

Supply and fix GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provn of PVC heavy duty bends complete for fixing along GI pipe along wall/ pole/laid under the road/ floor complete all as specified and directred by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25metre deep below natural ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to main switch board/ main DB’s/ earth test point with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC 1:3:6, type C1 in chamber wall with 50mm thick, RCC cover 1:2:4, type B0 duly reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, @100mm both way with

suitable lifting handle, charcoal dust and common salt mixed and packed in 150mm thick layer all around the earth plate, watering pipe of size 20mm dia medium grade, 0.63mm thick GI sheet funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5m from electrode and engraving of earth marking on nearby structure/ building with cement motor 1:4 plate of size 200mm x 150mm x 15mm thick and writing of earth results with paint complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - On testing if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
