job relating to photocopies in DDA Rohini Office complex at Deepali chowk,Sector-3 Rohini with following conditions. 1. The machine will be installed by contractor at his cost. 2. The cost of paper, tonner and operator will be borne by contractor as well watch and ward of machine and paper etc will be responsibility of contractor. 3. The department is not responsible in the case of any miss happening. 4. The department will arrange free space and electricity in the office. 5. The payment will be released to contractor through cheque. 6. The payment will be released monthly on the basis of verified bill by the various officers of the Zone and checked by AE-IV /RMD-4 7. The penalty of Rs 500/- per day will be imposed if contractor fails to operate photo state machine from 10:00 A.M. to 05.00 P.M. on any working day. 8. Nothing shall be paid on A/c of cartridge and taxes etc. 9. Contractor will also give undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper for vacating the site within 24 Hours, as and when demanded by the department 10. The quality of the photo copy should be acceptable by the concerned officers/ officials of DDA. It may also be noted if the work is not found satisfactory then, the contract will be cancelled and amount of PG along security will be forfeited. 11. Photo copy operational time shall be strictly between 10:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M. continuously without lunch break on each working day except holiday. (a) Size A-4 (210 m.m. X 297m.m.)
