Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. a) G.I.Pipes.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanizd iron / steel work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. a) Two or more coat on new work

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for : a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

12mm cement plaster of mix. 1:6 (1 cement:6 fine sand) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or re-plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc complete. a) On concrete work.

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Sand from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 31.00 Km. by M.T. b) Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 31.00 Km. by M.T.
