INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M&L for bracket for bldg. security light fittings made out of 25 mm light grade GI pipe bended one portion of 45 cm at 120 degree to shape of appx 1.5 mtr, duly painted with two coats of silver enamel paint including 2 Nos of MS clamp of flat iron size 40x6 mm, nut bolt washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode in 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to and including GI wire 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer. Provide light grade 15 mm dia GI protection pipe connected to switch board /test point, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia for watering, funnel wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc. all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Note: This item will be measured and paid after completion of successful testing.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

S&F 150mm dia HDPE double wall corrugated SN 8 underground drainage/sewer pipes, confirming to IS 7328, single socketed in any length jointed with solvent cement laid in trenches or floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing square- mouth S.W. gully trap class SP-1 complete with C.I. grating, brick masonry chamber with water tight C.I. cover with frame of 300 x300 mm size (inside) the weight of cover to be not less than 4.50 kg and frame to be not less than 2.70 kg as per standard design : 100x100 mm size P type with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 complete all specified & directed.

S&F LLDPE rotational moulded vertical type septic tank of capacity 2000ltr of two chamber patented design which allows for vertical settlement of solids having external dia of tank 1.70 mtr and height 1.02 mtr including cover inlet/outlet pipe vent pipe with all necessary fittings complete as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Drilling trial bore hole by directed mud rotating rig method of 250 mm dia in any type of strata including electro logging to find out portable water strata transportation reverse rotary system complete including disposal of soil/material out side MoD Land complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Work shall be executed by specialist firm as approved by GE

Expanding the trial bore hole by direct rotary rig method to 500 mm dia of bore any type of strata from ground level to upto 50 metre for housing 300 mm x 200 mm PVC threaded housing and raising pipe including disposal of soil/material out side MoD Land complete all as specified & directed.

Expanding the trial bore hole by direct rotary rig method to 500 mm dia of bore in any type of strata depth exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 100 metre from GL for housing 300 mm x 200 mm PVC threaded housing and raising pipe including disposal of soil/material outside MoD Land complete all as specified & directed.

Expanding the trial bore hole by direct rotary rig method to 500 mm dia of bore in any type of strata depth exceeding 100 metre but not exceeding 150 metre for housing 300 mm x 200 mm PVC threaded housing and raising pipe including disposal of soil/material outside MoD Land complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering in position 300 mm dia nominal bore UPVC threaded pipe IS : 12818 with ISI marked and as per ASTM-D 1785, Schedule 80 having one end male and other end female threaded of blue colour with a thickness not less than 10 mm of suitable length up to required level/depth in all strata (according to strata location chart) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, assembling, jointing, lowering in position 200 mm dia nominal bore UPVC threaded pipe IS : 12818 with ISI marked and as per ASTM-D 1785, Schedule 80 having one end male and other end female threaded of blue colour with a thickness not less than 10 mm of suitable length up to required level/depth in all strata (according to strata location chart) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 300 mm x 200 mm dia nominal bore UPVC reducing socket of wall thickness not less than 18 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling jointing, lowering and fixing in position 200 mm dia Nominal bore of UPVC ribbed slotted/screen pipe strainer ISI marked (IS 12818) of wall thickness not less than 10 mm with plain deed collar not bed of suitable length up to required depth below the ground level in all strata according to strata location chart, cut into different length including cutting and threading etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Slot shall not be less than 15 % of total surface are of slotted pipe. Slot dia (width) shall not exceed 1mm.

Supply and fix PVC well cap threaded type suitable for 300 mm dia bore housing pipe and fixed on top of pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Development of tube well by Air compressor and diesel driven turbine pump at least 24 hours till clear water free from sand/mud/silt of potable quality is obtained consecutive 2 days giving rest of 2 hours after every 8 hours of continuous run as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Development of tube well in accordance with IS :2800(part I) and IS:11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, including disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix UPVC bail plug IS 4985 marked, of suitable length, 200 mm nominal bore PVC threaded pipe, wall thickness not less than 13.6 mm complete all as specified & directed .

Supply and fixing MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 65 mm x 10 mm of suitable length with suitable size of GI nut, bolts and washers suitable for 300 mm dia bore housing pipe including two coat of zinc chrome primer and one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, pouring/packing the surrounding of casing pipe with pea gravel of 2 mm to 4 mm thick of approved quality through the tube assembly complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, lowering, jointing and testing of MS black column pipe 3 mtr long heavy duty 80mm bore, wall thickness 5.4mm, both ends flanged with heavy duty MS flange not less than 16mm screwed and welded inside and outside. The flanged end making surface shall be made smooth including welding of 04 strip of 5.04mm thick strip 25mm wide and 50mm long covering pipe and flange both ends flanged having 08 Nos predrilled hole not less than 16mm including rubber gasket, nut, bolts and washer with suitable size pipe lowering jig stainless steel top and bottom adopter, pipe should be duly painted with anti-corrosive paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and connect submersible cable copper conductor PVC insulated over all sheathed flat flexible ISI marked 1100 volt grade complete of size 6.0 Sqmm 3 core inside PVC pipe of required size wherever applicable complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Rate is inclusive of PVC Pipe.

Supply and fixing Nylon rope 20 mm dia of superior quality to be used in borewell complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of existing ALTOCH DOSING SYSTEM from PH No. 08 to New Bore well site carefully and refixing to new location including connection, testing, commissioning etc. of the DOSING SYSTEM, consisting of 40-100ltr PE/FRP tank with PE/FRP lid and level gauge along with agitator (1280rpm) with shaft and blade in SS 316 (FRP/Epoxy coated plastic mounted on tank lid will have port hole for pinning Altoch and water when necessary. Lid will also have provision for mounting Decrin Dosing pump on the lid/wall and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix strata sample box with glass cover 3mm thick having internal dimension 100x100x600mm made out of 20mm thick wood with hinges, hasp and staple including polishing complete with samples at various strata met in boring including strata chart in duplicate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for electric logging in pilot bore for precise delineation of granular zones as also the quality of ground water including report interpretation complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Electric logging shall be carried out by any approved Govt Agency.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of iron removal filtration plant complete with face piping fittings, valves, filter media under plate bed system filter with strainer, pressure gauge cocks, manholes, hand holes, air vent system coagulant feeder with accessories, back washing facility including RCC foundation and chlorine dosing system Model CDS - 3 filters detail as under:- (A) Multigrade filter made of MS sheet shell thickness 5mm dishend thickness 6mm of diameter 1200 mm and height 1875 mm , max. working pressure 3.5kg/sqcm and min working pressure 2 kg/sq cm ,maximum flow rate 34 m3/hr and operating flow rate 30 m3/hr including strainer and media (pebbles. Note:- Quality of finally Healed water shall be Total 1. TSS less than 5 ppm 2. Dissolved iron less than 0.2 ppm

Providing and fixing enclosed type 100 mm dia nominal bore water meter (bulk type) conforming to IS : 2373 complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cutting existing steel tubing of size upto 150 mm for alterations or additions or for insertion of new tees, branches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting/PCC/Drain or under boring for passing of pipes and make correct the top surface as per ground requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling G.I. pipes above 40 mm upto 150 mm nominal bore (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and laying S&S 100 mm dia Ductile Iron Class K-9 pipes conforming to IS : 8329 including rubber gasket Joint (Tyton Joint) suitable for DI pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and embedding, 32 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting)/PCC /Hard standing/drain line cutting for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete with making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Shifting of existing 25 KVA DG set from PH No. 08 to New Pump House carefully and refixing to new location including connection, testing, commissioning etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Materials and labour for earthing with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with galvanised strip of size 25 x 5mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed in internal electrification too including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc. all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and directed. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT ( 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply ) CPRI approved, factory assembled LT Panel Indoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Copper bus bars of 150 Amps rating installed on DMC insulators with bus bar chamber. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, ingress protection class ( IP-42 ) and made of 2.00 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel, Angle iron frame work made out of 40 X 40 X 5 mm ), front and rear opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor PVC wire of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. M & L for cutting the existing hard standing /PCC /WBM road at a depth not less than 45 cm and 25 cm in width for passing of cable through GI pipe, returning filling in, complete including finishing the surfaces by providing top not less than 25 cm thick cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm grade aggregate, bottom filled with excavated earth and finishing to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of GI pipe is not included in the quoted rate.

Providing and laying mirror polished and machine cut edge Granite stone 16-18mm thick, Black/Cherry/ Ruby Red colour for wall lining upto 10mtr height with special adhesive over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing with white cement with an admixed with pigment to match the stone shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.
