Upgradation of Existing EPABX system at Bank Central Office Building, Mumbai

Upgradation of Existing EBABX system including the followings: Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Alcatel make R101.1 software (or) latest software and associated licenses, CPUs – 2nos. in hot standby mode, call control server application in hot standby redundancy mode, interface board control hardware INTIP3-3nos. and related hardware, upgrade of required software module patches, upgrade of existing user licenses and all associated license pack including redundancy modules, software protection (SPS) migration-OXE Enterprise that supports wireless extension based on mobility (IOS/Android / IP / DECT), replacing old CPUs with latest Alcatel Call Communication Processing Units equipped with license & SW, operator console licenses, additional energy efficient 9 slot cabinets 2nos. for housing new cards equipped with control–hardware, 42U - 19” equipment rack including all the hardware, migration of all required ports / cards etc., local call activation license for all 1360 users. Exchange shall have all the features as per technical specifications. Rates shall be inclusive of all charges of supply and installation of required system side Krone modules, hardware etc. to commission the system with the existing setup, all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of additional analog cards (with 16 extensions in each card) including all the required hardware, software, user licenses and associated licenses including caller ID, required system side Krone modules, hardware etc. required for functioning in the above EPABX system. [ rate inclusive of all statutory taxes including GST, levies, insurance, transportation etc.]

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of additional digital cards (with 16 extensions in each card including all the required hardware, software, user licenses and associated licenses including caller ID, required system side Krone modules, hardware etc. required for functioning in the above EPABX system. [ rate inclusive of all statutory taxes including GST, levies, insurance, transportation etc.]

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of additional PRI cards with 30 channel in each card, including all required hardware, software, user licenses and associated licenses including caller ID, required system side Krone modules, hardware etc. required for functioning in the above EPABX system. [ rate inclusive of all statutory taxes including GST, levies, insurance, transportation etc.]

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of operator Console unit consisting of enterprise desk phone (Make: Alcatel, Model: ALE 300) with corded handset, dual stack NOE-SIP, 3.5 inch 320 x 240 colour display, alphabetic keyboard, having call Log & other features, complete set including all the associated hardware, software and user licenses and associated licenses, as per technical specifications given in tender and as directed by Bank’s Engineer. [ rate inclusive of all statutory taxes including GST, levies, insurance, transportation etc.]

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Digital Telephone Instrument consisting of enterprise desk phone (Make: Alcatel, Model: ALE 30H) with corded handset, 3.5 inch 320 x 240 colour display, alphabetic keyboard, having call Log & other features, complete set including all the associated hardware, software and user licenses and associated licenses, as per technical specifications given in tender and as directed by Bank’s Engineer. [ rate inclusive of all statutory taxes including GST, levies, insurance, transportation etc.]

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) Charges for Upgraded EPABX system as per technical specifications and scope of work as per tender terms & conditions (including all existing hardware, software etc. and all the hardware and software provided under this contract expect digital instruments) after completion of Defect Liability Period. CAMC Charges for each Digital Instruments (existing as well as new) as per technical specifications and scope of work as per tender terms & conditions after completion of the defect liability period.
