Name of the work : 1. Improvement to the DRDA Meeting Hall and Stock Room in Dindigul Collectorate Campus H/o Chettinaickenpatty Estimate amount : Rs. 20.00 Lakhs

Distembering two coats with best quality of distember and the colour approved by the departmental officers including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required.

Costruction of Stock Room

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Providing and Fixing of polyurethane foam for Sloped roofas thermal insulation panels or Sandwich insulated panels with external 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted Galvalume sheet with trapezoidal roofing profile having crest height of 38mm at every 333mm span , whereas internal 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbed profile and the insulation material will be chlorofluor carbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free , high performance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) onforming to IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measured at 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessary flashings such as L flashing, C flashing etc& accessories such as screws ,fastners ,sealants etc for fixing the panel etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Towards supply and delivery of MS sqaure and rectangle Hollow Pipe including cost and conveyance etc.,complete as per std. Specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials & all labour charges etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supply and fixing of New MS Steel Door size of 1.20 x 2.10 including cost and all labour charges

Supply and Fixing of cudappa Slab arrangement

Supply and Fixing of EWC Arrangement

Provision for Automatic Sensor Type Urinal Basin with water Supply arrangement

Supply and Fixing of Handwash Pasin Arrangement

Provision for Name board
