Providing dressed woodwork in door and window chowkhats including supplying and fixing with nails, bolts & nuts etc. complete as directed.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters solid core construction with frame of 1st class hard wood with cross brand and face veneered ply wood panels conforming to relevent I.S code including oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm x 75 mm 3.5mm) 6 nos with necessary wood screws.30mm thick.

Providing, fitting and fixing 1 st class local wood (Bosum/Hollock) battened, framed and braced door and window shutters including oxidised iron butt hinges (100 mm x 58 mm x 1.90 mm) 6 nos with necessary screws.

Providing, fitting and fixing fully glazed window with sash bars including oxidised M.S butt hinges (75 mm x 60 mm x 3.15 mm) 2 nos on each leaf and 3 nos on single leaf (glass panes to be measured and paid separately)

Applying white putty to be embedded to the glass pans fixed at the window shutter.and necessary adjustment of Door and Windows as directed.

Providing asbestos cement corrugated sheet roofing 6 mm thick fixed with G.I. Coach screw squre head, 8 mm dia and 115 mm long/ G.I. cranked hook bolt/G.I. Holt/G.I. cranked bolt of 8 mm dia with G.I. Flat washer 25 mm dia x 1.0 mm thick and bitumen washer 25 mm dia x 3 mm thick complete excluding the cost of roof truss, purlins etc. (roof trusses turplin etc. to be measured and paid separately)

Providing fitting and fixing AC Ridging including supplying fitting and fixing galvanised screw 115 mm x 8 mm long or J or L hook of 8 mm dia with GI flat washer 25 mm x 1.6 mm and bitumen washer 25 mm x 3 mm as directed

10 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto 1st floor level on rough side of wall surface (1:3) as directed.

Providing undressed wood work in roof truss,rafter, purlin, tie and the like including hoisting and fixing in position with necessary spikes,nails including M.S straps with bolt and nuts etc. complete with kiricide oiling two coats to all timber members and two coats of anticorrosive paint to M.S straps (M.S flats, angle clesats and bolt and nuts required for flats, angle cleats wherever use shall be measured and paid separately).

Providing and fixing clear sheet glass beded in putty and fixed with/ without wooden bidding including necessary cutting and glass to be required sized (payment for wooden bead shall be made separately) 3mm thick.

25 mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2coarse sand : 4 coarse aggregate of 12 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish (base concrete to be measured and paid separately) to be laid in panels including curing complete as directed.

Demolishing CC floors of various thickness including top layer and base course and disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Dismantling all types of ceiling ,partition and wall lining and stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels.

Providing fitting & Fixing A.C. sheet plain sheet to the ceiling frame fixed with timber beading of size 12mm x 38mm complete as directed.

Providing precast RCC slabover drain in 1:2:4 mix reinforced with 10mm MS bar @150mmc/c both ways…of 100mm thick slab.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture ( One Coat) and of requried shade on old wall surface to give an even shade, after throughly brushing the surface the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth & Extra over item above for distempering every subsequent coat of distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture.Extra one more coat.

Painting one coat over old wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering etc. as directed. including extra subsequent coat.

Brick work in cement mortear with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed

Supplying, fitting and fixing galvanised barbed wire fencing with seven strands of barbed wire 12 S.W.G x 2 plies x 4 points at 75 mm apart with angle iron intermediate fencing posts not more than 1800 mm apart and straining and end post etc. as necessary to be fitted with straining eye bolts and staples etc. complete as directed, specification of the angle iron post as given below.
