Development of Public amenities at Rohtagarh Fort, Rohtas(Job Work)

Provision for arrangement and set-up of Solar Power system 5KW, make as per govt. standard / specifications for up-gradation of tourist amenities and to fulfil the basic human needs for the staff posted at Rohtasgarh Fort as well as the visitors coming from the long ways. Solar system with supply, commissioning, testing etc. including all charges labour, material, transportation, carriage charges, GST etc. all complete.{Solar Power System (having standard 5 years warranty) with necessary articles/ equipment as below: Solar PV Panel, Grid Connected Inverter, Module Mounting Structure (MMS), Structure Accessories in 304 SS, Net Meter and Solar meter, Array Junction Box, AC Distribution Board, Solar DC Cables, AC Cables, Earthing, Earthing Cable / Strip, Connectors, Conduit pipes etc. other necessary articles/ accessories for complete installation.}

Provision for arrangement of borewell for water supply in connection with development of tourist amenities to fulfil the basic human needs for the staff posted at Rohtasgarh Fort. Borewell with supply, commissioning, testing etc. including all charges labour, material, transportation, carriage charges, GST etc. all complete. As below – (A)) Provision for drilling of borewell earth/gravel/ stone cutting of size 8’’ or as per requirement of the site.

(B) Provision for PVC casing pipe of 5’’, make of virgin plastic. 10’ length of each pipe ISI make: Supreme Finolex or similar make (Casing Medium).

(C) Provision for PVC casing slotted pipe of 5’’, make of virgin plastic. 10’ length of each pipe ISI make: Supreme Finolex or similar make (Slotted Ribbed).

(D) Provision for flushing of borewell with required time until potable water discharges by the borewell.

(E) Provision for installation of 2HP submersible pump of required head & stage for sufficient water discharge. ISI Make: CRI, Kirloskar, Tecmo or similar make with starter etc. complete set.

(F) Provision for installation of CPVC column pipe of 2’’ of length 10’ each along with required accessories including connection of pump set etc. complete of standard make. (Supreme, Finolex, Ashirwad or similar make.)

(G) Provision for pea gravel of size zero for straightening of bore well as per requirement.

(H) Provision for 4 sqmm copper wire of 3-core for connection of motor and starter. Make: Havells, Anchor or similar brand.

(I) Provision for fitting and fixing charges with all complete

(J) Provision for transportation charges due to hill location.

Provision for supply and installation of good quality MS steel prefabricated porta cabin Drinking Water Kiosk (of size 8' x 6' x 8')from reputed manufacturer with necessary fittings, basin etc. carriage charges of the article up-to Rohtas Garh Fort, Rohtas Hill, Rohtas with labour, GST etc. all charges complete. (As per drawing / instruction of competent authority) As below- (A) Water Kiosk Porta cabin

(B) Water Chillar Voltas / similar 40-50 L/hr and 80L storage

(C) GST 18% on Item No. (A to B)

Provision for supply and installation of good quality MS steel prefabricated porta cabin (10'x10'x8') with separate WC toilet, wash basin complete set up, from reputed manufacturer having separate unit as guard barrack /store and staff room or setup of inspection room with electrical fittings etc., carriage charges of the article up-to article up-to RohtasGarh Fort, Rohtas Hill, Rohtas with labour, GST etc. including good quality flooring etc. all charges complete. (As per drawing / instruction of competent authority). As below- Porta cabin unit for guard barrack and inspection room with inbuilt toilet unit.

Provision for supply and installation of good quality MS steel prefabricated porta cabin (20'x10'x8') from reputed manufacturer having separate unit of toilet unit (for Divyangjan, Ladies, Gents) with concealed electrical fitting/wiring, 02 unit urinals, 01-unit WC pan, 01-unit Odisa/ Indian pan, 02-unit wash basin with necessary fittings/ fixings, water storage tank etc. with carriage charges of the article up to RohtasGarh Fort, Rohtas Hill, Rohtas with labour, GST etc. all charges complete. (As per drawing / instruction of competent authority).

Provision for Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design. With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Provision for construction of septic tank with ready-made rings (Septic tank set of 3-rings of depth approx. 5' 6' each) with all complete. Septic tank set of 3-rings of depth approx. 5'-6' each.

Provision for supply and fixing of stone benches (Approx. size 6' x 2' with thickness of stone 5") at site with material, labour, transportation and carriages charges, GST, fixing charges etc. up to RohtasGarh Fort, Rohtas Hill, Rohtas with labour, GST etc. all charges complete.

Provision for supply and installation of CNB in sandstone at site (in Hindi & English) with labour material engraving etc. all cost complete.

Provision for supply and installation of PNBs at site with all charges complete.

Provision for supply and installation of signages at site with all charges complete. Signages within premises with SS stand.

Provision for earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil.

Provision for supply and filling in floor with sand, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Provision for supplying and laying over burnt brick aggregate 90 mm to 45 mm including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing with material and labour all complete.

Provision for laying in position cement concrete of specified grade in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Provision for RR stone flooring with hard stone in flooring including levelling dressing etc. with filling in cement mortar in 1:6 with avg. thickness of stone 20 cm with carriage etc. all charges complete.

Provision for pointing on stone floor in 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement :3 fine sand) : flush/ ruled pointing including curing etc. complete.

Provision for cleaning / removal of engraved names, paints etc. from the walls / stone pillars etc. as much as possible with labour, chemical charges etc. all complete job with below- (A) Un-Skilled Labours for above job

(B) Chemicals for above job

(C) Brush, Sandpaper, Gloves etc. for above job

Provision for minor repairing of iron gates with welding, straightening of bar and other charges with all complete. (03 no. of gates)

Provision for applying priming coat over the grills of compound wall, entrance gate: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat) etc. complete.

Provision for painting over steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Provision for arrangement of lightening arresters at site with material, labour, installation, transportation, GST etc. all charges complete.
