Dismantling the existing Damaged RCC by Manual/ Macheneries

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete

Brick Work in CM1:5mix using country bricks including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc.,complete.

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface for R.C.C.works including all cost and sonveyance and all labour charges etc., complete

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all maerials to site and all labour charges for mixing concrete, placing, ramming, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, consolidation and Curing etc., complete as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fabrication of Steel of required for all RCC item of works involved including fabrication and labour charges for Cutting, bending, tying, placing in position, includes overlaping length wherever required etc., complete

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Weathering Course with brick jelly lime concrete to 0.075m thick and Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Distempering the old wall and ceiling two coats with best oil bound distember of approved quality including preparation of surface, the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding arrangements, neat finishes, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the old iron works two coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)
