Dismantling /removing damaged Coping stone from berth surface and stacking the spoils at alead of 100 m as directed . This includes hire charges of Mechanical Equipment ,Fuel,Operation,Labour all complete .

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).Applicable only when the full diameter of reinforcement steel is exposed.

Hire and labour charges for the shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4Mtr using approved stout props and Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work with required bracing for concrete slabs beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fittings, fixing and striking out after completion of the works (up to roof of ground floor) as per the direction of Engineer – In – Charge.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with 12 mm. th. And necessary hanging pltform with hard wood of approved thickness with required bracing for coping concrete including fitting fixing and striking out after completion of work . This includes making holes by stone complete at quay surface for fixing nails to hold shuttering chipping concrete surface and cost of all labours .

Provide Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m Tor steel/Mild steel. JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/ SRMB/BMASL /ELECROSTEEL /SSL or OTHER MANUFACTURERS NOT SPECIFIED

Dismantle all types of plain cement concrete works up to 150 mm thick stacking serviceable Materials at site andremoving rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 Metre in ground floor including roof.

Dismantle R.C. floor, roof beams etc. including cutting rods andremoving of rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 Mtr including stacking of steel bars in ground floor including roof.

Supply Air Compressor Machine including labour ,operator, fuel permit etc. for 8 hours at desired location all complete.
