(a) Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. As per SOR,S.I.No. 251 also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & (distance 1 km) leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2. (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.305) also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub-base (G-III) by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (G-I) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS2) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG- 30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:2:4) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc.(M-15).As per SOR SINo. 10.29, New Item 8.also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Concrete with 4cm. Guage brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 FM & cement in proportion of 12:6:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(As per SOR SI no. 273).also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Class 150-brick work in 1:3 (one cement and four corse sand mortar) in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour & tools & Plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. (As per Sl No. 307).also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 Fineness modulus.(As per SOR SI. No. 13.01, 574) also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

12 mm thick plaster on brick work minimun thickness not less than 10mm with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 cement and Coarse sand Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per SI No. 582a).also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(As per SI no. 279a).also including all material, labour, T&P, levy, toll fee, labourcess but excluding GST.
