Providing Civil Foundation for RMU with necessary concrete, size stones, angles / Channels and plastering works complete in all respects as per OEM Fondation Specification & Drawings.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of of 750KVA, 11KV/433V, Oil cooled Transformer with OCTC as per IS-1180 as per detailed specification enclosed. (Make :Universal/Voltamp/Kirloskar)

Providing Civil Foundation for 750 KVA Transformer with necessary concrete, size stones, angles / Channels and plastering works complete as per OEM Foundation drawings.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipewith cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of high tension 11KV cable, Dry Curing & Dry Cooling with true triple extrusion, simultaneously through a single common head, 3 core under ground XLPE (E) cable having stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, screened insulated, insulation screened with extruded semiconducting compound in combination with copper tape, core laid up extruded inner sheathed of GI flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed with specified IS 7098/11/85 with latest amendments & confirming - 3Cx95 sqmm

Supplying and making outdoor cable end jointing with cast resin compound, including lugs and other jointing materials, for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required - 3 Core x 95/120sqmm

Supplying of 1.1 KV LT UG cable having aluminum conductor PVC insulated, extruded inner sheathed, galvanized, steel strip (except 2CX10Sq.mm wire armoured) confirming to IS-3975:1990 (No. of Strip indicated in GTP) & extruded PVC outer sheathed armoured cable with specified IS-1554 Part-1:1988 & confirming to GTP - 3.5 core 300 sqmm

Labour charges for laying of 1.1 KV class UG cable in existing trench GI pipe / stoneware pipe / on wall / on pole as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required - 3.5 core 300 sqmm (70mm)

Painting of metal fence with 2 Coats of Red oxide & 2 coats of enamel paint of approved shade as required.

Supplying and fixing of the following Safety Equipments: a) Shock treatment chart laminated (Kannada, Engilsh and Hindi) on 8mm Thick wooden board (24''x36'')

b) Rubber mat suitable upto 3.3 KV of 2 mm thick, Class-A with 1 Mtr wide (Electromat make)

c) First aid kit with ABS plastic body, portable, transparent, wall mounting with contents

Test reports to be submitted on completion of testing. Reconditioning of the panels with complete cleaning inside /outside the panel and painting the rusted areas. Paint shade shall be matching the existing panel colour.
