Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of IP -42 cubicle type Panel fabricated (folded joints construction) out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel floor mounted totally enclosed extendable on both sides switchboard of uniform width with top cable entry and suitable for use on 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire 50 c/s having 65 KA fault capacity complete and housed with incomming and outgoing aluminium bus-bars,interconnection between feeders etc. and their accessories including supply and fixing of base channels of 100x50x6mm as required with provision for following incoming and outgoing switchgear with protection, metering etc. and terminals for scheduled cables and also compataible to PC/PLC/BMS with communiction port RS-485, complete as required and as per specification and schematic diagram complete as required. confirming IS 61439

2) PROVISION OF BUSDUCT/CABLE MUST BE AS PER SLD.

The incoming of Transformer feeders & DG feeders as shown on drawing shall be connected through bus duct. The suitable adopter box shall be provided on top only and Solar Incommer through cable from bottom.

All Intelligent ACB shall have Micro processor based O/C, S/C & E/F release RS485 on board communication port. The release setting of all ACB's shall be possible from communication & also user can see the energy parameter of release from BMS/SCADA/Webpage and display module/HMI shall be provided on panel for each ACB to see the release data of ACB. All ACB's shall have Ics=Icu=Icw=65KA for 1Sec & should be supplied with Adopter Terminal Connections whose orientation can be changed on site.

All Intelligent MCCB shall have Micro processor based release with RS485 on board communication port, the release setting of all MCCB shall be possible from communication & user can see the release from BMS/SCADA/Webpage and a indication shall be provided on panel for each MCCB . All CTs and PTs shall be cast resin type. All MCCB shall have Ics = 100% Icu & should have Isolation Feature & Class II Front Face as standard.

All Intelligent ACB'S shall have spare wired contacts for ON,OFF,Trip,rackin,rackout spring charge status for BMS/SCADA communication along with LCD display.

All Intelligent MCCB shall be motorised with Microprocessor based release having spare wired contacts for monitoring ON/OFF and Trip shall be provided for SCADA communication. Control: ON & OFF.

TVM Shall have RS 485 Modbus RTU on board Communication protocol for SCADA communication.

All outgoing feeders shall have touch display module/HMI with RS-485 ports

Night mode and day mode for APFC CT in the transformer incomer.

The LT Panel manufacturer shall provide necessary,CT's Aux. contacts; multiply those contacts in the respective panels etc. to hook up in to PLC system

SUB HEAD-IV: D.G. SETS

Design, supply at site, installation, testing & commissioning of 3-phase, 415 volt, 1500 RPM, 50 HZ, Diesel generator set with prime rating capacity of 1250 KVA at 0.8 pf lagging diesel engine alternator set mounted on common base frame in outdoor type acoustic enclosure , day tank, with PCC Panel,Adopter box with AL extended bus bar, battery, batter charger, return fuel cooler, anti vibration mounting pads including residential silencer, engine alternator, pcc based auto start & synchronization set, safeties with accessories as per specification complete as required. Diesel engine shall conform to IS:10000 and alternator shall be self excited complete with AVR to IS:4722.Genset should be capable to take an average loading of minimum 85%. net output shall be designed @ 50 degree ambient .Synchronisation should be based on No Master Logic for system reliability . Any genset reaching rated RPM should automatically become master .AVR should be digital type AVR to provide fast response with respect to change in load , it should provide digital governing with digital isochronous synchronisation. To improve the reliability of the System , the synchronizing module should be part of Engine Controller . No external controller should be used for synchronising and shall not be accepted.Genset controller should have Weak Battery Monitoring system . The control system should test the battery each time the genset is signalled to start and indicate a warning if the battery is weak

On surface the cable run shall be fixed on G.I. clamps etc of suitable size or as directed by the E-I-C complete in all respects. Supply and providing cable identification markers. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. as per specifications complete with end termination as required.

Supply , Installation, testing & commissioning of 3000/3150 KVA copper wound 11/0.433 KV, 50 C/S, Delta star connected oil immersed outdoor type transformer with ON load circuit tap changer unit range with RTCC, minus 15% to plus 5% on HT side in steps of 2.5% complete with first filling of oil along with complete accessories as per specifications including supply & fixing of MS channel of size 100x50x6 mm, drying/ filtration of oil etc as required. Holes spaced 75mm apart drilled up to 2 metre from the bottom complete with earthing lead of No. 6 to 8SWG GI wire in G.I. Pipe up to appron (and from appron to switch board the cost of G.I. wire and pipe will be extra) upto switch board, 30cm square C.I. box with hinged cover masonary enclosure, funnel at top, alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt at least 150mm thick alround etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respects as per drawing.
