B/R PORTION : Taking down wooden / Aluminium / Iron / PVC chowkhats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutter from frame) not.exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised aluminum frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, aluminum section weighing 0.55 kg per meter including necessary jointing cleat aluminium glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminum snap beading screw etc., complete all as specifed and directed

M & L powder coated anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design /pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window or ventilator frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, including dismantling of old grill any type all complete as per requirement and as directed.

S & F 5.0 mm thick sheet figured glass, pin head type and glazing with rubber gasket in square n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tenstile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing debries directed for a distance max upto 500m complete all as specified and as directed.
