PROVN OF CHARGING STATION OF 240 KW ALONGWITH ASSOCIATED WORK AT HQ WAC, SUBROTO PARK UNDER GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor type, step down transformer 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC, 3 phases 50 Hz, 315 KVA capacity, core type copper wound on HV & LV coil immerse, naturally cooled, oil natural-air natural (ONAN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV side) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having 7 step tapings off circuit tap changer (Tapping Range ±7.5% in step of 2.5% each) on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear, the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius, the transformer shall be in accordance with latest EEL- 3 of IS : 1180 (Part-1)-2014 with amendment. No. 1 ,2, 3 & 4 and comprise of the following complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Transformer must be BIS Marked and BEE 3 star label.

Transformer must comprise of the following:- (a) Three porcelain bushing suitable for 11KV on HV side, and including and termination box completed with copper rods, nuts and washers. (b) One cable end termination box LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Vent thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs/hooks, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers with locking arrangement. (f) One no. 100mm dia, dia type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-testing device with duel indicator. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanized iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First filling of new transformer oil, IS-335 marked and tested up to 60 KV di-electric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. (l) Buchholz Relay with all necessary connection and other items if required for smooth functioning of relay. (m) Base channel earthing terminals lifting lugs. Note :-(i) Anything missed out above but technically required for proper operation of the transformer & BIS mark is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Rates are inclusive for PCC base for transformer in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strips armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 Sqmm 3½ core with necessary cable glands at end, aluminium lugs for connecter complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to galvanised iron 32×6mm strip as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge mesh, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with MS bar 8mm C/C 100mm MS handle made of 10mm MS bar and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of GI strip protected by 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore light grade, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The rate is inclusive of earth work and excavation in any strata, PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 RCC cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars both ways at 140mm centre to centre.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT cubical panel suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply, outdoor KIOSK type board factory made powder coated dust and vermin proof made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel mounted on 50x50x6mm mild steel angle iron with water proof top canopy , ventilated side louvers, twin leaf doors at front and rear side with suitable locking arrangement, steel sheet enclosed bus bar chamber with door, cable entry, detachable bottom plates and erected on pedestals including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete and including the following:- Incoming:- (a) MCCB 500 Amp, 4 pole rupturing capacity 35 KA at 415 volt Icu=Ics = 100% - 01 Nos (b) Digital Multifunction Meter to measure KWh, PF, VLL, VLN, W, VA ,V, I including CT and PT complete with all electrical connection - 01 No Outgoings:- (a) MCCB 400 Amp,4 pole rupturing capacity 35KA at 415 volt Icu=Ics = 100% - 01 Nos (b) MCCB 125 Amp,4 pole rupturing capacity 16KA at 415 volt Icu=Ics = 100% - 01 Nos

Excavating in trenches in Soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sq mtr on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning , filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in Soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance upto 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover class LV type-I flat size 250 mmx150mmx40mm duly embossed LV ELECTRIC on top complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning by using fine sand ( Jamuna dry and clean sand ) in two layers , first layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.
