NOTE: 1. Schedule ‘A’ Part - I to VIII hereinbefore are prepriced by MES under Ser No.1.00 to 8.00 Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-6 only. 2. Schedule ‘A’ Part - IX (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) hereinafter is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate left blank under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green colour filled under Col-6.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - IX (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix LED lights fitting 20 W, 220V, having minimum 130 Lum/Watt, 4 Feet, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED building security light of 70 Watt 230 V, AC, having minimum 110 Lum/ Watt, outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection with all accessories and suitable wall bracket, fixing arrangements etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aesthetically designed robust LED high bay light of 100W having minimum 130 Lum/ Watt, circular type equipped with specially designed heat sink and reliable integrated energy efficient driver complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 40 W LED industrial batten fitting having minimum 130 Lum/ Watt, 4 feet comprises of thermally conductive material pre-wired with high efficiency electronic driver, high translucent serrate milky white diffuser gets glare free, smooth light distribution etc all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix tamper proof, shock proof and rust proof Street Light Pole Junction Boxes duly fitted with aluminium Bus Bar, made of thermoplastic outdoor type of size 200 x 160 x 98 mm, cable entry at bottom and including of mild steel U clamps of required size with bolts and nuts and all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics, > 100 Lumen/W, complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC insulated copper conductor flexible cable 2.5 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commission LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 200 Amps capacity, out door cubical type floor mounted CPRI approved factory made, double door dust and vermin proof, IP-54 protection, fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick with 2mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 50x50x6mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incoming and outgoing connections, one set of LED indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse including necessary PCC foundation of minimum 0.35m height positioned and fixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the MC pedestal and connecting all incoming and out going cables etc complete all as specified and as directed with comprising of the following accessories:-

(a) 200 Amps aluminium busbar for phases and 100 Amps for neutral duly insulated with PVC sleeves PYB, mounted on heavy duty epoxy insulators in separate compartment - 01 Set (b) MCB TPN 63 Amps 4 pole, 16 kA (for incoming and out going) (c) LED type indication lamp 240 Volts Set of three - 01 Set

Material and labour for cutting the existing road/hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and moorum filling including excavating for laying the cable/ pipe, width 0.5 Mtr and depth 0.7 Mtr all as directed and making good the road/hard using all old / new materials as required at site to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
