Spl Repairs/Replacement of DI Pipe line at PH, Mahar Area at Dipatoli Under GE Dipatoli

M & L for Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying/taking out of pipe in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

M & L for Returning/filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed.

M & L for Removal of excavated surplus soil n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or remove to MES store of following sizes. (Note earth works measured and paid separeately) (a) 50 MM bore

Supply & Fixing in repair G.I tubes med grade Galvanized with necessary fittings and clamps as per SSR Part -1 laid in trenches /wall/floors concealed or open execution as directed at site. (a) 50 MM bore

Taking up Cast Iron water mains including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joint including burning out lead joint and recovering lead of CI pipe of following sizes:- (a) 150 MM Bore

(b) 200 MM Bore

Supply, Install, test and commissioning of Ductile Iron pipe with spigot and socket ends of class K-7 suitable for Tyton joint in any length laid in trenches of following size all as directed . (Note (i) Specials required will be measured and paid seperately under relevnt item (ii) Earth work will be measured and paid seperately. (a) 150 mm bore

(b) 200 mm bore

S&F in replacement CI Sluice valve confirming to IS 14846 – 2000 PN-1.0 flanged ends stainless spindle of following sizes with necessary packing materials and nut bolts incl taking down existing sluice valve complete all as directed at site (a) 200 MM bore

(b) 150 MM bore

S&F in repair Bends( any type radius and angles) tapers any type (straight bend increasing decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch Y junction, double branches cross ( all sockets or socket and spigot) collars caps and plugs suitable for socket and spigot type of any bore.

Cutting of existing CI pipe line of size 200/150mm bore for fixing of Tee,Sluice valve etc all as dierected.

M&L for PCC 1:3 :6 type C2 with 40 mm graded aggregate for foundation / pillars for suuporting water supply pipe lines.

Material and labour in repair for run lead joints of CI pipes of following sizes complete.:- (a) 200 mm bore

(b) 150 mm bore
