Construction of Bituminous Road from College Chowk to Dambarudhar Behera residence at ward no.04

Scarifying the old BT Road by mannualy including labour,T&P etc complete as per the Direction of E.I.C.

Cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous Macadam as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning the existing B.T. surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and or compressed air to receive bituminous. (Data for 5889 M2)

Labour for applying primer coat / tack coat (Data for 5889 M2) on Bituminous surface

Labour for applying primer coat / tack coat (Data for 5889 M2) on Gannular surface

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Mechanical)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading (19 mm & down grade) premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment end rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) Add 30% for pot hole&profile correction as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading (10 mm & down gr), premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Binding the road surface with screened sand including cost, carriage,royalty,labour and taxes etc all complete.

Providing Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound as per Clause - 803.1, 803.2, 803.4.1, 803.4.2, 803.4.4, 803.6 to 803.8 of specification for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) of Ministry complete in all respect & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
