REPAIR /REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY HT 11 KV CABLE BEHIND STORE AT 11 RAJ RIF

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in soft&loose soil all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to distance not exc. 50 metres and deposited where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified & directed.(Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment ) all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,Type 1, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm abetting Each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under cable for protection all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Taking down old unserviceable existing cable any type any size complete

Supply, lay, test and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable (HTUG), 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 Sqmm ( Earthed) including takingout existing unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.Note - Rates are included with Megger testing of Cable.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm and testing after jointing including taking out unserviceable joint kit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit straight through for 11 KV grade (earthed) cable for outdoor termination , cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm all as specified and directed..
