Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tender document is part and parcel of the agreement.

The contractor shall obtain insurance coverage for all the workers deployed for this work.

The intending bidders are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Tender documents and further modifications done if any.

Corrigendum/modification/corrections, if any, will be published in the kpp procurement Web sites only.

KHB reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this invitation to BID/Tender without assigning any reason whatsoever

The bidder shall study the Tender document Carefully and quote the rates

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and are to be produced to the Executive Engineer to verify the documents within 3 days from the day of opening of Technical bid for verification, if required.

Drawings uploaded are only for Tender Purpose only.

GST shall be added separately in the estimate.

GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately.

The bidder should maintain register of laborers deployed and wages paid for the workers and shall produce the documents whenever called for by the competent authority. Remittance towards PF shall be commensurate with the labour component of the work involved.

The bidder shall give an undertaking that they would abide by the provisions of employees provident fund and shall remit PF of labourers to the respective PF offices or else KHB have the right to deduct the PF amount from the work bills and remit the same to respective PF offices.

The contractor shall quote his rates inclusive of PF as per the applicable rate as issued by the PF department from time to time

The successful bidder shall give an under taking that they would abide by the provisions of the Employees Provident Fund Act.

Technical Criteria

General

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
