Lifting/lowering taking out etc submersible pump motor set with column pipe and cable in any specification after removing /disconnecting all electric connection carefully from panel board, joint of heavy duty flanged column pipe any size in 100/150 mm dia, minium length 40.00 m at site in 3.00 m peices, bolts nuts washers, rubber gaskets etc including supply and fixing new nut, bolts, washer, rubber gaket in suitable to 100 mm flange joints etc with all other site required work for making functional to submersible pump motor set of capacity upto 45 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note: All accessories/equipment/T&P required as per site shall be arrange by the contractor without any extra cost.

De-coupling/dismantling the body of submersible motor carefully for removing to defective spares such as burn out winding with insulating material, GM impeller, neck ring, bowl assembly, bushes, coupling, lock, sand cap, CI intermediate bowl, S/S pump shaft etc, checking and segregating serviceability for replacing of defective parts as above and re-assembling the same, testing, commissioning after replacing/repairing the defective spares capacity upto 45 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Quoted rate shall be including transportation charges (if required) from site to workshop and workshop to site. (ii) Cost of repair, servicing, checking, required mechanical work, facing/cutting, grinding, polishing etc shall be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Required defective spares shall be measured and paid separately against respecitive items of this Schedule as supply only.

M&L for re-winding to burnt out winding of submersible motor body primary winding (stator) as same in existing size /gauge/ No of turns / qty of insulation etc using superior quality water proof copper winding wire ISI marked original manufacturer and submersible copper cable in required lenght and size for making connection minium 1.5 m long out side, re-assembling including full load testing, heating, drying, varnishing, overhauling, re-installation, commissioning, testing and connecting capacity 30/35/45 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Testing shall be given by contractor after lowering in borewell at site with satisfactorily functioning. Payment of item shall be allowed after functioning of borewell. (ii) Quoted rate shall be included all required work at site for making functional pump motor set.

Dismantling/disconnecting AC induction motor with centrifugal pump set from existing location after removing to suction and discharge connections, de-coupling, removing pumps of capacity 5 to 15 HP, open to body motor/Pump for replacing unserviceable defective part carefully including re-assembling, painting to body using heat syenthatic enamel paint in two coat, testing connecting etc all as per exisitng, nut bolt washer and packing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Required spares will be measured and paid seprarately against respevtive items of this schedule as supply only. (ii) Transportation charge (if required) from site to workshop and from workshop to site shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces of pipe lines any type/size on surface/floors with in the pump house/installation premises etc. for size upto & including 250 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Length will be measured including connected fittings such as bends, tees, crosses etc. (ii) The colour coding of the pipes meant for different purposes/locations is to be got approved from the Engr-In-Charge before commencement of the work. (iii) Care w.r.t. safety of the workers while preparation/painting of the pipe lines to & fro Over Head Tanks or other high mounting structures is to be taken & the Contractor shall be responsible for the same. Safety belts, working tools, ladders, stagings etc. shall be provided by the Contractor & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

S&F in replacement cast Iron non reflux valve (NRV) 80 mm dia both end flanged (ISI Marked) IS PN-1.0, IS-5312/2004 with by pass arrangement including provision of both end flanged joint with 3 mm thick rubber gasket with suitable size bolts, nuts and double washer complete including commissiong and testing as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. M&L with required T&P for testing of water based fire fighting system laid along with essential buildings at 24 ED AF AOR (area of responsible) upto standard pressure at last flow point of each bldgs including operating driven jockey pumps / booster pumps, re-filling to storage water tank upto top indicating level, repair and replacing to leakaged joint of distribution network, required earth work and cement work in given ration for carried out as required, motor shaft locking key etc all as site required for testing water pressure upto required level as per IS / Govt safety rules complete as specified and directed.
