Annual Maintenance contract for all Water Cooler provided in the various floors of RHB, H.O. Building, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur. The AMC includes all in all repair / replacement of various parts, motor, Condensor etc.(Excluding painting, body, frame work) The spare parts shall be replaced / repaired by its original make spares. Contractor will provide at least four services in year for dusting off checking, changing, oiling greasing etc. Overhauling shll be provided once in a year. The contractor will attend complaints immediately on breakdown calls. Replacement defective parts shall not be returened to RHB. For compressor should be replace only by original manufacture.

AMC for Reserve Osmosis System (Water Purifer) provided at the 1st floor of RHB H. O. Building Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur. The agency will have to provide checking & servicing of R. O. Units once in every month. It also include replacement of defective parts. All the parts shall be replaced by its original make. Contractor is required to attand complaints immediately on break down calls, His engineer will contract RHB officer every Monday to note down the complaints (For one year)
