(A) Removal of following unserviceable parts of existing furniture items of various MES F/DB/FD drgs carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, weldging, glueint, providing hinges, denting applying putty for levelled surface, placing every part in-tact and painting/polishing the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE(West) including BSO'S Furniture Yard all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Almirah Large Steel FD-1031, Dismantling the following old unserviceable/damaged part and replace/fix the same with new part to match with the existing item as per Drg:

legs made of 1mm thick MS sheet of size 485mm long x 100mm high x 100mm wide and to be joined with continuous gas welding.

Shelves made of 1mm thick MS sheet of size 920mm x485mm for almirah large steel ( FD-1031), for almirah large steel made to shape and size

Door Shutter made of 1mm thick MS sheet of size 1985mmx460 for almirah large steel ( FD-1031), for almirah large steel made to shape and size

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of Almirah Large Steel including shelves by removing all dents, filling with putty and spray painting with 2 coat of Anti Rust PU Enamel paint.

Charpoy Steel with hard Top: Drg no FD/MAP-II/01 Dismantling the following old unserviceable/damaged part and replace/fix the same with new part to match with the existing one.

Removing the Unserviceable long rail and S&F new long rail in the (Charpoy steel hard top) as per Drg No- FD/MAP-II/01

Removing the Unserviceable Short Rail and S&F new short rail in the (Charpoy steel hard top) as per Drg No- FD/MAP-II-01

Removing the Unserviceable leg and S&F new leg in the furniture (Charpoy steel hard Top) as per Drg No FD/MAP-II/01

Removing the Unserviceable top ply wood and S&F new top plywood in the furniture of make BWP Gde A IS: 710 (Charpoy Steel Hard Top) and nut & bolt with two washers for plywood fixing in charpoy of size 2 inch (23 pkt contains 200 pcs /pkt) all as specified and directed.

Preparing steel surface and applying two coats of Anti Rust PU eanmel paints over one coat of primer including scrapping old paints and applying putty to steel surfaces in the furniture (Charpoy hard Top) as per Drg No - FD/MAP-II/01

Locker Steel with four Shelf: DRG NO FD- 1029 Dismantling the following old unserviceable/damaged part and replace/fix the same with new part to match with the existing one.

Removing old unsv/ broken handle from drawers and S/F new 50-60mm long stainless steel Konb/handle as per sample approved by Engg-in-Charge/ GE all as specified

Removing old & u/s sides of drawers from Table bed side and S/F new sides of size 350mmx450mm of drawers made out of 12mm thick plywood BWR Gde ISI marked

All as per item Sl No 36 here in before but for back of drawers duly screwed.

Removing old & u/s bottom of drawers from Table bed side and S/F new bottom of drawers of 450mm x414mm size made out of 6mm thick plywood BWP Gde A, IS: 710 marked

Removing Old Unserviceable 18mm MS square pipe (18 Guage) black powder coated frame of Table Bed side and S&F new MS square pipe(18 Guage) of 18 mm black powder coated

Removing old & u/s upper drawers of Table bed side and S/F new upper drawer of size 414mmx 100mm made out of 12mm thick MDF board with teak wood beading alround the board duly screwed

All as per item sl No 39 here in before but for front side of lower drawer of size 350mmx414mm.

Removing old unsv/ broken hard rubber toe from Table bed side and S/F new hard rubber toe 18 mm square shoes as per sample approved by Engg-in-Charge.

Removing old unservicable Teakwood inner drawer rail for both sides of upper/lower drawers and S&F new telescopic channel in lieu of teakwood rail

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of Table Bed Side by removing all dust/dents, filling with putty and spray painting with 2 coats of Black synthetic enamel paint

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD

Removal of unsv / broken Top of the chair with iron streep and S&F New top of size 585mmx 300mm made up of 18mm thick plywood BWP Gde A IS: 710 and laminated sheet of approved shade and 4mm with teak wood beading with semi round shape all round the top of table.

Removal of unsv / broken seat & back of the chair and S&F New one piece PVC seat & back as shown on drg.

Removing existing unserviceble rubber shoes and replace with new 25mm dia hard rubber shoe for legs as approved by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of chair school with hand board by removing all dents, filling with putty and spray painting with 2 coats of white synthetic enamel paint.
