M&L Dismounting window AC of cap 1.5/2TR to the ground level transporting to near water point in the complex taking out the AC from outer cover ,washing the unit with soap solution jet followed by clean water jet Servicing/cleaning to complete with air blower , Cleaning of Condenser / Eva porter Coil Units with Air Blower & then wet servicing of Condenser / Eva porter Coil Units with washing soda etc , Checking of complete wiring , tightening of loose wire connections with proper Lugs / Clips. Renewal of defective wiring & terminal connector , Proper setting of thermostat & other Electrical / Refrigerant controls, cleaning of air filter , reinstallation & testing for proper functioning / cooling effect and writing the mentioning AC No/ Ser No complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Cost of hiring T&P deemed to be included.

Taking down defective /unserviceable Compressor and Supply and fixing new compressor sealed unit of suitable capacity / model in the unit properly for1.5 TR window type AC, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 2 here in before but AC 2 Ton capacity.

Taking down defective /unserviceable condensing coil and Supply and fixing suitable capacity/model condensing coil unit copper for window type AC Ton/1.5 Ton/2 Ton capacity ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective /unserviceable blower motor and Supply and fixing new blower motor including fan blade, capacitor complete suitable for window type AC 1.5 ton/2.0 ton capacity 1/8 HP, 220 Volts, complete single phase, ISI marked all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for attending day to day complaint and rectfi to complaint pertain to all type of AC , Water cooler, Refrigerator ,voltage stablizer etc as when required for the checking the equipment at existing location and find out the faults/ defects and rectify the defects in side including rectified electrical fault from existing DBs to functional box and cleaning /normal maintenance to be equipments complete to make the equipment functional in all respect all as directed . complete shall be collected from site incharge (JE on daily basis . complaint shall be attend with in 24 hrs of complaint lodged .if complaint is not attended in the specified time period panaltyshall be charge to the contractor @ 500 / per day per complaint . Note- Spare parts required will be measured and paid separetly)
