REPAIR / MAINT OF EOT/HOT CRANES AND CONNECTED

Comprehensive maint consisting of normal repairs, Periodical and preventive maint and attending day-to-day break down of & testing on available load at site for following equipments complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge for Field Ammunition Depot Lalgarh Jattan Mil Stn area. Comprises of following installations :- (a) Electrically operated over head travelling (EOT) cranes Flame proof/ non flame proof type of capacity up to 2 ton -05 Nos (b) Electrically operated over head travelling (EOT) cranes of capacity above 2 ton up to 05 ton - 14 Nos (c) Electrically operated over head travelling (EOT) cranes of capacity above 05 to 10 ton - 01 Nos NOTES FOR SCHEDULE A ITEM NO 01:- (a) Maintenance of cranes required to be done in every month, cleaning, greasing, oiling wherever required, checking of all electrical connections in addition standard maintenance as recommended by Manufacturer, quarterly, half yearly & Yearly including alighnement of EOT crane track on both sides and making sure smooth functioning of crane travel complete all as directed. The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included cost of grease, cotton waste, lugs, nut bolts, washers & misc items such as fuses,small elect accessories & controls all as directed. (b) Major defects such as LT/CT and hoist motor rewinding and rewinding of thruster motors, bearings, shaft and gear assembly does not includes in this cost. (c) Crane structure and bus bar defects / alignment rectification does not include in this above cost. (d) Supply in repairs, Spares required for replacement under comprehensive maintenance & repair and oil, lubricants will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ,except minor spare parts essentially required to make cranes running and serviceable condition. (e) The workers employed by the contractor will report to the concerned AGE/JE E/M every day with security passes as scope work covers under RESTRICTED AREA for assignment of job and submit completion on the same day. (f) Dismantling and fixing of items in BOQ shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted ratesI (g) Setting /Maintaining control panels , VVF drives and other programmable drives and arrange OEM/ Consultant for guidance/repair if necessary.

M&L for disconnecting from main supply, dismantling and taking down existing reduction gear box for with device from EOT/ HOT crane of 2 To 05 Ton Capacity hoist /CT/ LT motion traverse for carry out replacement of following U/S Parts/Carry out Misc repairs to gear box, oil leakage and refining the gear box after checking alignment of brake drum & motor, motor & gear box, in existing position, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (a) Replacing the worn out shaft seals & bearing. (b) Replacement of internal cover gasket. (c) U/S Gear coupling with nuts & bolts complete. (d) Replacement of worn out driving/ driven keys, gaskets of capacity not exc 05ton all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for disconnecting from main supply, dismantling and taking down existing reduction gear box for with device from EOT/ HOT crane of above 05 upto 10 Ton Capacity hoist /CT/ LT motion traverse for carry out replacement of following U/S Parts/Carry out Misc repairs to gear box, oil leakage and refining the gear box after checking alignment of brake drum & motor, motor & gear box, in existing position, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Disconnecting the electrical and mechanical connection of burnt non flame proof electrical motors 1 HP upto 2 HP from the site / location, transporting to and from to work shop. Rewinding of electrical motors by dismantling and removing the burnt cut copper winding wire cleaning the slots of stator with petrol and brushes winding polyester based super enameled copper wire of same gauge of original one with proper class of insulation including varnishing and heating the coil and remove air bubbles complete stator/roater after rewinding reassembling all parts including reinstalling connection to original position and testing on full load all as directed by Engineer in charge for different capacity of motor as per following. Note : (a) All Minor spares including cooling fan, gaskets, keys, Nuts, Bolts,split pin etc included in above quoted rates.

Note : (a) All Minor spares including cooling fan, gaskets, keys, Nuts, Bolts,split pin etc included in above quoted rates.

M&L Cleaning total structure of flame proof crane 2 upto 5 Ton, Remove all grease & Oil from crane parts, preparation of old painted steel/CI surface of crane (i.e motor panel board, handle cross arms, Horizontal Arms, grills, MS Plate, ladder etc complete, painting of crane with existing flame proof paints one final coats over one initial coat complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only in repairs of Power contactors 3 pole,415VAC,existing coil voltage. with NO + NC of rating 9 amps, coil voltage as per existing specifications. Make: Schneider Cat No; LC1D09 or similar in L&T,C&S.

Make: Schneider ATV 312 HU 40 NA or similar specification in Yeskava/Delta/ L&T or as appd by AO.

Repairing, servicing,maintenance of Flame proof control panel of EOT crane 2 to 5 ton capacity replacing old worn out copper wires ,thimbles, lugs,terminals including inspection,testing,setting and calibration of resetting existing VVF drive of any type or specification as directed by AO/ EIC.

Supply and replace wheel bearing of existing size and specification for Long Travel(LT) motion of flame proof crane 2 to 5 Ton capacity all as directed and specified. Make: NBC/SKF

Supply and replace wheel bearing of existing size and specification for Cross Travel(CT) motion of flame proof crane 2 to 5 Ton capacity all as directed and specified.Make: NBC/SKF

Carbon brushes of existing size and specification and design for hoist creep motor suitable for flame proof EOT crane up to 5 Ton capacity. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
