Part-A:Civil Works including providing Electromechanical Equipment, Construction, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 250KLD Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP).

Detailed Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, fabrication, Testing & Commissioning of 250 KLD STP including 10 years operation & maintenance of any proven technology approved by the Central Public Health & Environmental Engineering Organisation (CPHEEO) including civil works, tertiary treatment etc. at Baba Khimman Singh Park at Ashok Vihar, Phase-III to achieve the design parameters as prescribed by Hon'ble NGT and with provision of diffusors and blowers, etc as per process requirement for further polishing for best use after treatment in lakes/water bodies and irrigation purpose including civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, piping, development works, including required pump sets of suitable capacity along with its E&M accessories with lighting arrangements at suitable places including detailed design & construction of channels of sufficient size /raw sewage intake, laying of pipeline & pumps (2W+1S),if required, to carry effluent to proposed WWTP Unit & pipeline to carry discharge from WWTP unit to water bodies/lakes/irrigation lines at boundary of STP as the case may be and discharging treated effluent with parameters complying NGT guidelines. All works from the primary stage to final treatment stage are to be included in this item. During Construction, operation and maintenance, power and water required for construction/operation purpose shall be arranged by the agency from the respective authority. WWTP shall also be operated and maintained 24 / 7 for a period of one year (free of cost) during guarantee period/ defects liability period (DLP) after successful testing and commissioning. All manpower, consumables and chemicals required for operation, routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance are to be provided by the agency and testing for outlet parameters shall also be provided by the agency from NABL/accredited Lab complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Agency has to provide similar capacity (250 KLD) of Storage tanks each at his own cost all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Part-B: Comprehensive Maintenance of WWTP for 10 Years.

COMPREHENSIVE OPERATION & MAINTENANCE of WWTP and all other allied works/structures etc. created under the contract for a period of 108 months after expiry of guarantee period of 12 months on commissioning of WWTP including all cost of labour, bio-culture, consumables, chemicals as per requirement of process of treatment, testing of outlet parameters etc. as required. Duties during O&M: plant to be run 24/7. Adequate operators/manpower to be provided for proper plant operation. Treated water quality target should be monitored by random sampling of every 3 months or lesser frequency as required. The scope of item includes comprehensive maintenance the plant (i/c tertiary treatment ,etc) including all spares supply and consumables. Electricity supply for the plant will be provided by Agency. The O&M will commence from one year from the commissioning date. The contractor to submit Bank Guarantee at the end of defects liability period (DLP) of one year for an amount equivalent to yearly O&M amount before release of 1st RA Bill for O&M. Note: Supplementary agreements shall be drawn for Part– B after completion of the items of Part -A.
