Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 (40mm graded aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in post hole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregete) as in columns, posts, boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling),corbels, brackets, etc. and including demolition of old concrete/stone masonry of any description and including necessary form work with requisite scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) in grade Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) with necessary welding/ bolting/ reviting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L Preparation of New or previously untreated Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix) 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregates) in beams, cantilevers, bressurnmers lintels ,coping over 1.5m span including necessary form work & including demolition of old concrete any type complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Necessary scaffolding shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F barbed razor tape concertina coil SG hot galvanized spring tensile wire to particular here-in-after or other equivalent make as approved by GE of UTS 145 to 150 kg/mm^2 and dia of coil when unstretched 601mm having minimum number of circles 10/RM, ,minimum number of clips 25/RM and minimum weight of coil 1.625kg/RM, hot dip galvanised razor ribbon tape of size 0.50mm thickness , 19mm width before wrapping on central core wire fixed with GI 1.66mm clips and special nut bolts to hold two coils together and extra two rows parallel wire of 10 gauge tied by binding wire wherever and including dismantling of old unserviceable concertina coil complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
