Construction of Afflux bund Earth work in filling in marginal bund/ Guide bund/ Afflux bund/ Canal embankment etc. in the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees up to 15cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat of the embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, dressing, watering and roughening the seat of the embankment before throwing earth, profiling etc., paying compensation of earth borrowed from private land or forest land if any, lead up to 30m and lift up to 1.5m, complete as directed.

Earth work in all soils in canal embankment and bed filling as per design section and grade by cart carriage for a minimum distance of 1 Km. including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any, loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks not more than 1m height, spreading the same in 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees up to 15cm dia uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of embankment, profiling with all lift complete as directed. (Payment will be made after 12.5% shrinkage allowances from the gross quantity.)

Construction of 1.50 M x 1.00 M rectangular boulder sausage including supplying of materials with 25 cm to 30 cm size boulders collecting from a lead of 25 KM encased in 15 cm mesh of 8G hexagonal wire netting and filling the voids between the boulders with stone not exceeding 18 cm in size tied with 8G galvanized tying wire at 30 cm apart, laid in position as directed including necessary local carriage of materials, paying necessary forest royalty including providing 1 (one) no. of jati bamboo horizontal runner along the top of the sausage with vertical bhaluka bamboo post 1.20 M apart driven at least 0.60 M below ground and tying with sausage etc, all complete as directed. (ii) With river boulder

Collection and supply of one man size 23cm to 30cm collected manually from quarry rocks; stacking at quarry site including payment and forest royalties etc. complete as directed.

Labour charge for pitching with one man size boulder including dressing and ramming the seat to proper size and slope with voids filling and local carriage of boulders from a distance of 50 m with lift up to 3.00 m Complete as directed.

Construction of cattle cart crossing Earth work in excavation in foundation of canal structure in all types of soils as per design and drawing including dressing the foundation, shoring etc. removing the surplus spoils by head load to a safe distance from the working place and depositing required spoils in uniform layers dressing, watering, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube with compensation etc. complete as directed. (Including bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary). All types of soils except soil mixed with gravel and boulders. (For normal lead of 30 m and lift of 1.5 m)

Cement Concrete work in proportion 1: 3: 6 with aggregate of size13mm to 38 mm free from dust and dirt and other foreign materials including roding (vibrating), bailing out wate where necessary and carrying with supplying all materials complete as directed. (Without shuttering) (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clear water should be made at site.)ii)With shuttering & without Dewatering

Cement Concrete work in proportion 1: 1 ½ : 3 with aggregate of size 6 mmto 20 mm free from dust and dirt and other foreign materials including roding (vibrating), bailing out wate where necessary and carrying with supplying all materials complete as directed.(Without shuttering) (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clear water should be made at site.) (ii)With shuttering & without Dewatering

Supplying, fitting, fixing and laying in position M.S. rod/ Torsteel/ TMT bars of all sizes as per design and drawing as required including cutting, bending, cranking with necessary lappage and tying with black wire complete as directed.

12mm thick cement plastering including clearing surfaces and curing etc. complete as directed.ii) In Prop. 1:4 sqm
