Procurement of essentials for turf machinery (Reliability Solutions) at RSGC, Sgr.

SECTION A Rake-O-Vac Machine Reliability Solution: The job work shall comprise the complete repair, restoration, refurbishment, testing and commissioning of the Rake-O-Vac Machine in accordance with the principles of Reliability Engineering and Asset Management to restore the machine to its optimum operational efficiency, reliability and service life. The scope shall include repair and restoration of dismantling, inspection and condition assessment; metal fabrication, welding, machining, cutting, grinding and strengthening of damaged or worn-out structural components; repair, alignment, balancing or replacement of the universal joints, bearings, bushes, couplings and allied PTO-driven transmission components and vacuum blower assembly, impeller, repair and rectification of the driveline, mechanical power transmission components, support frame and associated assemblies; denting, straightening and refurbishment of body panels, frames, guards and mounting brackets; replacement of defective fasteners and allied items; repair or replacement of wheels, hubs, rust removal, surface preparation, application of anti-corrosive primer and premium-quality paint; complete painting, finishing and corrosion protection of all repaired and fabricated components; reassembly, alignment, calibration, testing and commissioning of the machine to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of the equipment with improved maintainability, availability and long-term asset performance. The work includes replacements of all belts and bearings whereever required. The Work involves replacement of new (02) Gear boxes of the both the machines.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a heavy-duty, air compressor complete with an automatic cut-off mechanism, three-cylinder compressor unit, and 10 HP, 3-phase electric motor, capable of delivering a minimum working pressure of 1000 PSI. The scope of work shall include supply and delivery at site, installation, provision and fixing of all necessary accessories, electrical connections, safety devices, piping and fittings (where required), alignment with the existing system, testing and commissioning in all respects to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. The compressor shall be suitable for continuous-duty applications, complete in all respects, and shall conform to the relevant technical specifications and applicable industry standards.

Upkeep and Reliability of Air Compressor at Workshop: The scope of work includes the repair and upkeep of the air compressor systems installed at the Workshop. The job involves armature winding of the compressor motor to restore optimal operational efficiency and replacement of Piston and Ring. Additionally, the work includes the replacement of worn-out or malfunctioning air guns and associated piping to ensure uninterrupted supply of compressed air. This system is primarily used for the cleaning of various mechanical accessories and for inflating the tyres of Golf Course machinery and Golf Carts. All necessary fittings, fixtures, and connections are to be checked, repaired, or replaced as required to ensure seamless functionality. The Agency shall be responsible for testing the system post-maintenance and ensuring it is fully operational.

Repair and Maintenance of Rolling Shutter System at Workshop: The job work shall comprise the complete repair, maintenance, servicing of the existing Rolling Shutter System at the workshop to restore its safe, reliable and efficient operation. The scope shall include dismantling, inspection, repair of guide channels, shaft, springs, bearings, brackets, locking mechanism and other allied components, welding, cutting, grinding, machining, dent rectification, alignment and strengthening works; replacement of worn-out nuts, bolts, fasteners and hardware; complete lubrication and adjustment of all moving parts; rust removal, surface preparation, application of anti-corrosive primer and synthetic enamel paint; and final testing, smooth operation, commissioning and handing over of the rolling shutter in fully functional condition, including supply of all necessary materials, consumables and labour required for successful completion of the work.

Hydraulic Pipes Upkeep Maintenance: The job work shall comprise complete repair, maintenance and servicing of the hydraulic pipe system of the equipments/machines, including dismantling, inspection, replacement of damaged hydraulic pipes, hoses, couplings, connectors, seals and allied fittings, leak rectification, hydraulic line fabrication and installation wherever required, pressure testing, tightening of all hydraulic connections, flushing of the hydraulic circuit, hydraulic oil top-up, trial run, testing and commissioning of the hydraulic system to ensure smooth, leak-free and efficient operation in all respects.

Reliability Asset Management of Radiator: The job work shall comprise complete dismantling, inspection, repair, servicing and restoration of the radiator assembly, in terms of soldering, brazing and sealing of leakages; cleaning and flushing of the radiator; repair of inlet/outlet connections, brackets and mounting arrangements; replacement of damaged fasteners, gaskets and fittings; pressure testing, leak testing and performance testing; corrosion treatment, painting of repaired portions; refilling with coolant; and complete testing and commissioning of the radiator system.

Supply, Testing and Commissioning of Pinion, Crown Wheel Gear, Bearings and Oil Seals complete set system of the Wessex Gearbox System. The scope of work shall include supply of quality pinion, crown wheel gear, bearings and oil seals; dismantling of the existing gearbox assembly; inspection and cleaning of all gearbox components; replacement of worn-out parts; alignment and setting of the pinion and crown wheel gear mesh; bearing installation with proper preload adjustment; replacement of oil seals; reassembly, lubrication, functional testing.

Reliability Engineering and Asset Management of Ball Catcher for Practice Range by way of complete repair, restoration, maintenance, testing and commissioning of the Ball Catcher unit to restore its operational reliability and serviceability. The scope of work shall include supply and replacement of one (01) tyre with tube, replacement of all bearings, inspection and servicing of the golf cart attachment and catcher mechanism, alignment and fastening of all mechanical components, lubrication, welding/fabrication wherever required, replacement of worn-out fasteners, bushes and allied consumable parts, rectification of defects and all other incidental works necessary for ensuring safe, efficient and reliable operation of the Ball Catcher in all respects.

Reliability Engineering and Asset Management of Wessex and Major Rough Cutter by way of complete repair, maintenance, and upkeep of deck rollers, including dismantling, inspection, replacement of worn-out bearings, precision lathe machining, fitting of allied components, alignment, reassembly, lubrication, testing, calibration and all other incidental works required for restoring the equipment to reliable and efficient operating condition

SECTION B Reliability engineering and asset management of Golf Course machinery and equipment, including machine jobs such as finishing, centering, aligning, rematalling processes, and associated tasks. This includes the provision and fixing of sleeves in intricate and fast-moving components such as propeller shafts, circular finger shaft systems, line shafts, fan shafts, tractor gearboxes, transaxle systems, and related assemblies. The scope of work covers machinery like Workman utility vehicles, fairway and greens aerators, Reelmaster transaxles, debris blowers, and other turf maintenance equipment, including greens mowers, triplex mowers, Allen mowers, imported rough cutters. The agency shall be responsible for supplying any item,part, or material required if any for carrying out the aforementioned works within the quoted scope and cost, without any additional financial implication.
