Material and labour for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge / nosing such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for treating with three coats of white wash on new plastered surfaces on walls incl necessary preparation to give uniform and smooth finish , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Ist quality Vitrified Ceramic tiles (dark shade)10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 to receive tiles including dismantling old floor hearth or wall tiling and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Ist quality Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed in CM(1:4), including dismantling old floor hearth or wall tailing and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350mmx250mm x7mm / 450X350X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) including dismantling old floor hearth or wall tailing and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Anodized alunimun size 605 x 605 mm snap grid frame work for false ceiling as per manufacturer instructions, with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and providing celing of 10mm thick with relevant PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm printed PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminum/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing including dismantling old unservicable wall and celing board & including frame with of any type and description, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and rubbish off the premisies complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for Pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded agg) cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, brought upto couses built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoarsed or brought upto courses hammer dressing sand stone with max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt I. The work is inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber in type B-1 (1:2:4) with 8 CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm bents to centre , complete all as specified and directed.
