Material and Labour for repairs to unserviceable street/security lights/Flood lights fittings of LED, of any wattage and size by taking down from poles any size/buildings after disconnecting the electric connection, replace the unserviceable drive ,PVC connector etc, cleaninng, refixing the light fittings at its original position after rectifying the defects and connecting to street light feeder including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Replacement of parts like drive , will be measured and paid seperatily as supply only (ii) The cost of labour ,tools and minor spares required for replacement of parts shall deem to include in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and Fix PVC insulated stranded copper flexible cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core (from junction box to street light fitting mounted on steel tubular/PCC pole) including taking down existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing electronic drive suitable for LED street light /Flood light of capcity up to 60W all as specified and and directed.

Supply and fixing electronic drive suitable for LED street light /Flood light of capcity up to 70W to 180 all as specified and and directed.

Supply and Fix KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC , pole mounted, hinged door size 333 x 233 x 200mm out side and 300 x 200 x 105mm inside dimension comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp including 6-10 A MCB ,clamps with necessary MS nuts bolts and washer incl dismantling and taking down old unsv junction box complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for taking out and reinstalling 1.5 hp electric motor for high mast after servicing/ repair/rewinding of motor and gear mechanism as required all as specified and directed.(Cost of taking motor upto workshop and repair deemed to include in the quoted rate).

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light fitting 45 W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing power LED with heat resistant toughned glass IP 66 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light fitting 60 W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing power LED with heat resistant toughned glass IP 66 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED flood light fitting 120W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing Circular LED Flood Light with IP66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED flood light fitting 150 W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing Circular LED Flood Light with IP66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repair On-load type Changeover switch 100A, 4-pole, 415 volt, open execution type complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) Three phase load of 5 KW for automation of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under Voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, Beutral loss & Phase reverse incl Power contactors (3 nos of capacity 16 amps per phase each) and incoming (3 nos of capacity 20 amps each)- outgoing MCB(3 nos of capacity 20 amps each) & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 10 sqmm. The sensor , VSM, Power contactor, MCBs incl connected items should be enclosed in a Pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof,termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor & VMS By-Pass option). (ii) The sensor must have the warranty of min of 1 years. (iii) Test certificate and warranty cirtificate must be provided by supplier. (iv) Cost of marking description on the box is incl quoted rates.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays , trench etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR part I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' old size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out from trenches/floors/road/wall/pipe/pole LT cable of any size/description and removing from site incl making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface all as directed.

Relaying old serviceable bricks reused for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 10sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work, removing, returning filling and pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Demolition of concrete foundation and taking out existing pcc poles and removal of pole to store for reuse or credit and disposal of dibris outside MOD land, including disconnecting and taking down oldstreet light fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/erecting true vertical position ,Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 MTR Long complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping incuding necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation and mass concrete filling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, painting two coats of aluminium paint to steel tubular poles of any description (external surface only) including MS cross arms etc making of 5 strips of width 300mm each (03 Nos Sky blue and 2 No. white) writing pole No. with black paint with letters/figures in girth 3 inch, including preparation of old painted surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of street light bracket arm fabricated out of 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade long bend to shape fixed to 9/11 m pole with 2 pair of suitable size clamps fitted with suitable size nuts, bolts washers incl one coat of paint all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material (Epoxy Based) and accessories suitable for 3½/ 4 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 16 to 50 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs LED Post top lantern of 1X20 Watt with die cast aluminium spigot and lid cover, high efficient LEDs and clear acrylic cover IP-65, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for detecting of fault in LT UG cable with fault locator equipment to locate the fault in LT cable of any length any size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item (b) Charges of cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c ) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 1000/- per day. (d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevent item. However necessary earth work cable cutting , joint making Joint will be paid under relevant item.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall, under road etc and locate the fault manualy, rectify the defect and relaying cable including connecting and testing for any size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation/earth work, joint and any other item shall be measured & paid separately under relevent item .

Making / drilling / boring hole under road / plinth for crossing electrical cables / pipes manualy or with the help of machine as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing or laying in replacement HDPE (DWC) tubing outer dia not less than 50 mm fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc as reqd at site and as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The rates of required accessories, bend, joints etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates . (ii) The rate of clamps, nut-bolts and any other MS items for fixing on wall/surface are deemed to include in this rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI pipe of size 15mm bore, light grade for protection to cable from junction box to street light fixed to street light pole including taking down of old unsv PVC/HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note : MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch A)

Supply and fix MCCB 63A,415V,16KA,4 pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Busbar Chamber of size not less than 0.4mx0.4mx0.3m with set of 04 aluminium busbar 200 Amps rating each fixed on suitable insulators with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral. Bus bar chamber will be fixed on 04 nos of les made with MS Angle. Length of each leg will be not less than 0.6m. The Chamber shall be fixed more than 30 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 21515.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
