Dismantling and taking down the existing defective street light/security light fitting of any type and any capacity fixed at any height by replacing UNSV part including cover checking loose connection etc, restroration of electric supply, detecting and repair of UG cable fault whenever required round the clock all as directed at site on daily complaint basis. One complaint shall be considered as one Job. Necessary T&P required at site will be provided by contractor without any extra payment and rate shall be included in the job iteslf.Complaint shall be attended in less than 24 hrs or else double the quoted rate shall be recovered from the firm for not attending complaints within 24 hrs.

Note for Items No. 02 to 10:- (i)A certificate from the manufacturer for warranty minimum upto 05 years shall be obtained and submitted to GE/AGE. (iI) Any touch up of the existing surface due to changing of fittings shall be done by contractor with similar surface finish without extra cost to the department. (iii) CA No shall be written on each fitting before installation. (iv) Necessary T&P required for rectifing complaints shall be provided by the contractor and ite expense shall be included in the quoted rates.No extra payment will be done to the firm for T&P required. 1. Driver shall be potted antivibration type. 2. LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 1 Lakh burning hours LED life from NABL lab shall be povided. 3. CRI (Colou Rendring Index) of fixture shall be > 70. 4. CCT (Colout Correlated Temprature of fixture shal be 5700K ± 300 K. 5. System Lumen Efficacy shall be > 100Lm/W 6. 5KV separate Surge Protector shall be provided as a part of fitting. 7. 5 years Warrantee shall be provided by contractor suppoted by OEM covering all parts of luminaire.

Cleaning /prunning should be carried out as and when required during entire running period of contract or as when directed by Engr in charge.A fine of one time quated rate per running meter will be deducted if the over groth is found along the pole all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.
